My spouse has been in Brightview Towson for three months now. I like it very much. It's a very nice facility. They're very attentive, and the care is quite good. There are three levels of assisted living care, and he is in the second one. However, there doesn't seem to be enough staff members, and that's the problem, especially during the weekends. The food is getting better because they've hired somebody new for the kitchen to supervise it. The community is very clean. They have a full range of activities every single day, and that's including the weekends. They have people coming to give lectures, and they have musicians. They had one woman from a wildlife sanctuary in today, and she had some animals that she was passing around and all sorts of stuff. As for value for the money, I think it's a little expensive for what it is.

This facility is dirty and mice infested. Staff is unprofessional and uncaring. I would never recommend for the cost you pay for care. Corporate needs to investigate and do a clean sweep on the staff and management.

Brightview had a lot of activities to keep us busy and entertainment. They had a bus. It was an upscale place. Most of the staff was friendly and caring.

We are pleased with Brightview Towson. It had a very homey look, and the rooms were nice and big. The people we talked to were very accommodating. They had a schedule of activities with something going on a couple of times every day. The food was pretty good; you're able to get food certain times of the day but also in between times, which was something that we liked.

A friend of mine is in Brightview Towson. They’re very friendly, nice, and sociable. They have a happy hour before dinnertime and do Scrabble. I’ve seen shuttle buses. They have three meals a day. I know they have juice bars throughout the floor where he can take fruit, granola, and coffee.

We found Brightview Towson to be very old. The rooms were quite small. It seems clean, just old. But the location was good.
