Do not place your loved ones at this “facility!” I am an EMT who was called there to transport a patient to the hospital and there was only one staff member there and she did not know how to move the rail on the patient’s bed, move the bed up and down so we could transfer the patient to a stretcher, or change his urine bag. They had so much stuff in the way in his room that we couldn’t get to him. Then when we asked for any type of paperwork, she didn’t have any (the facility legally is supposed to have). This woman didn’t seem to have any idea how to do the job that she was hired to do and she could barely speak English or understand what we were asking of her. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO PLACES LIKE THIS!
