"AlfredHouse looked like a nice place, but they didn't offer apartment-sized rooms for my mother. They were a little short on amenities. There was a common room that was kind of a multipurpose room. I was a little disappointed with that, too. It appeared that the care was good. However, the lack of activities would be the reason I wouldn't give them a 5."

"This is a wonderful facility. I toured many other places and nothing came close to this wonderful home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The owner, Ramesh, is an amazing person. He truly cares about every resident and does his absolute best to make sure everyone is well taken care of. My father was resident here, he was a man of few words but he spoke highly of Ramesh and Sycamore Acres."

"I was beyond horrified by this organization. If you care about your family member, stay far far away. The costs posted are grossly underestimated. For your money, you get the cheapest quality food, zero stimulation, extremely limited nursing oversight and horrendous management. These people have no understanding of dementia, nor do they provide appropriate training. They will skimp on what is provided to your loved one so they can line their own pockets. Their caregivers do all the cooking and housework, and have no time to engage with residents. "

"AlfredHouse has nine facilities, but my mom is going to be in a home with eight people as opposed to a big facility. This one is very nice, and just very perfect for her needs. Some people may need larger facilities with big TVs, big dining rooms, and things like that, but my mom has Alzheimer's, so I wasn't interested in paying all that money for the extra bells and whistles that she can't use. It's five minutes from my home, so that makes a big difference, because I visit a lot. The facility is small, it's not a big one, so the ratios are much better. It's like one person to four, and they only have eight people in the house. They have large homes, but I like that one because it is smaller, it's good one-on-one care. It's beautiful, it's a home that has a huge sunroom, it has a TV room, individual bedrooms, both single and double, and it's in a neighborhood. It's a cul-de-sac, and it's in the neighborhood, so you can go out walking and feel safe. It's a beautiful home. The staff is very friendly, and very caring to the patients that were there. Basically, it's a family-owned business, so a lot of the people who worked there were related to the owner, the original owner. I know that people come in and do exercise, music therapy, and memory therapy."

"Wellness Touch Care is a clean and cozy residential home which provides exceptional care to the residents. They provide care specific to each individual needs with compassion and love. It was so evident that they love what they do. This facility has awake overnight staff and all of the staff can give medication when needed, day or night. My experience with this facility was excellent. I would definitely recommend Wellness Touch Care. Having your loved one here, you can have peace of mind and sleep soundly at night knowing your loved one is in good hands. "

"My dad moved to An An Assisted Living II. Where he is now is a wonderful place. They take care of the residents there. I go and visit whenever, whenever I want to is fine. They keep you updated on what's going on. So I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff, I rate them a five, however, there is a language barrier. It's a house and there are five residents there. My dad is on a peg feeding only. They do have activities, but I think the youngest resident there is 90, so they don't use it so much."

"We toured Miracle Manor Assisted Living for my wife. The building of the house is kind of rundown. I would say it's ancient. When we were there, there was a van with some workers, and they were working on something over there. The owner, though, was very nice and very helpful. However, it's too far. The room is moderate. They have a TV. They also have a living room for all of them. There are moving chairs on the rail for the stairs, that go up and down. Other than that, there's nothing else."

"Have been in Able Plus Assited living since November  2019. This facility is good, am happy and it's comfortable for me, they thak care of my needs very nicly. I have good experience here. The facility is a place to be. Here at Able Plus, Any time i have need to see the doctor they book my appointment and provide transportation to and fro the clinic.  A caregiver will also accompany me to be of assistance in the presence of the doctor. I came to this facility with a stage 4 wound. They really tried for me by sending me to the wound clinc once a week, Nurses came to dress the wound every other days of the week Including the caregivers. This made my wound to heal very fast am so impressed by my improvement. They provide me with a Physical therapist and  an Occupational therapist  who also work with me 2 to 3 times a week according to my needs. This greatly improved my condition. The caregivers were also trained to follow up on my therapy. Here at Able Plus, we have 24 hour caregivers taking care of all the residents both night and day. In all other facilities like Nursing homes, Rehabilitation center there is always a problem but this facility is not an exceptional and there is nothing they're unable to resolve to my pleasure and it all worked out very well. I am a family person, i therefore recommend anybody who has a family that Able Plus is just the right place to come because the services they provide is very good, it's  like another family member helping another family member. The service rendered here is good, it's  intimate and close in all respect. The price for every residents differs  from one to another depending on the care of plan of individual.  For my condition the price is sensibly reasonable.  I strongly urge anybody who is interested in this kind of service, professional approach needs, intimate, Respect, Clean, home made and delicious meal are served here, this is a place for you."

"In general the Sunrise facility in Rockville was a nice, clean place, almost like a hotel. Friends and family can visit the building freely without doubting the conditions. There is also a sufficient amount of staff in the building at all times. The facility often organizes numerous events for the residents. For example, once there was a "carnival", where food, drinks and entertainment was provided for the residents. Additionally, the facility sometimes hires entertainers to perform. Overall, the staff makes sure that the residents are all entertained and enjoy their stay at the facility. The building also contains a cafeteria, where residents may eat their meals. The food provided is both nutritious and favorable to the residents.In conclusion, after visiting Sunrise, I can say that it is a well developed and well organized facility, and would be my first recommendation to others. The facility covers almost all the things needed to become an Assisted Living facility. "
