"I toured Modena Reserve at Kensington. It was beautiful. It was open and light. I liked the restaurant set up for the dining. It was very pleasant. They had a lot of activities, and the rooms were nice. Everything was great. The staff was wonderful, very pleasant, and very helpful. They had a lot of lectures. They had music, physical therapy, and other therapies in the building."

"This facility is a very caring facility. Soma, who is the nurse, cook, etc who takes care of my Dad, does an excellent job and Tim, the owner/director and Charilyn makes sure all residents stay healthy which I have been so thankful for."

"The lady who took me around The Sanctuary, a Mount Jezreel Senior Housing Community, was very nice. I only went to one available apartment and it's not that big. I need a little bit more space than that. The atmosphere was good. The secure door and everything were good. The community was clean and well-kept. They had a library and a room you can rent out for events, like a birthday party, or something like that. I only saw one person, and she was very nice. The place was silent. There was no noise."

"I toured Maplewood Park Place for independent living, and the staff gave us an excellent tour. She took us into one of the bedrooms that I'm interested in, and we didn't have anything negative to say about that. Overall, the place was excellent and the gal who gave us the tour was great and very, very friendly. They have a sunroom and a 1-bedroom, and some of the rooms had a den. We were there on a Saturday at lunchtime, so there weren't many activities going on but we saw a lot of the residents coming out for lunch. The gal taking us around always would introduce us to them. In terms of amenities, they have everything and they offer everything. They have a gym, and they have various trips you can take where you just sign up on the sheet, and she mentioned to us that they have three meals a day if you choose. The staff that I met were all very pleasant."

"Kentlands Manor is a great place, but it's beyond my price level. The community was gorgeous. The people were very nice and friendly. The property was gorgeous. The apartment was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the price. I would recommend it to anybody who can afford it. The staff members were excellent. The building was very clean, inside and out. The layout was good. It was very adequate."

"My dad moved into Evergreens at Columbia Town Center. The facility is very well kept up. There are some younger, older people. Everyone's very friendly. There are lots of good common spaces and activities. There's a pool, a hot tub, and grounds outside for you to sit and hang out. There's also a grill, so there are things to do when people come to visit. The staff is fantastic so far. They are very responsive. There is no dining area. The community organized bingo nights. They have music, movies, and water aerobics. It was very reasonably priced. The other thing that's worth noting is that it's right in Columbia Town Center, so there's a lot of good stuff nearby and attractions."

"Cain Commons was very nice and clean. The amenities were very well, and the staff seemed very good. The staff was very knowledgeable, and they pointed out a lot of things that I had asked for, like the condition of the floors and things like that. They were a big help. It was in really excellent condition. I liked the size of the rooms. The sizes were good for one person."

"I'm going to be moving into Willow Manor at Cabin Branch. It was very good. It's a brand new building that just opened up in September, and they could guarantee me availability in February when I wanted to move. The others were not sure what they were going to have. I liked the area. I got to choose the apartment that I wanted. Plus, they have a washer and dryer in each apartment. I've been calling back and forth, talking to the manager and assistant manager and they've been helping me get the Verizon set up and the electricity because they have to change everything into my name. They've been very helpful. They sent me my welcome letter and everything yesterday. I get a month's free rent. They had a special going when I came in. It's nice. They have everything there. It's a new building, so they're still working on doing several things. They don't provide meals."
