Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm

I was a resident of Willow Manor At Fair Hill Farm. The facility is very nice. I was in the section that was renovated. It had been renovated, so I had all new stainless-steel appliances. You would touch the faucet, and it would come on. Then you touch it, and it turns off. The stove is the same way, a touch-tone stove, and all new cabinets. The apartment was a one-bedroom with a bathroom, brand new. It's very nice. However, the management was rude. I would not recommend that facility as long as that same manager was there. Absolutely not. She would talk to the clients as if they were a piece of trash. So, I would definitely not recommend her. They were awful. They only did food when they had events like birthday parties for the birthday of the month, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, because the apartments had a stove. I cooked my own meals. I didn't really participate in going downstairs because my husband was very sick, so I was his caretaker, and I stayed there with him. The food wasn't bad. I mean, when they had the events, they ordered food. It was pretty much catered. They ordered a lot from the Giant, which was right up the street in the shopping center, and that's a gourmet Giant. So, the food was excellent.

Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm was nice. I am looking for an apartment that's almost the size that I have. They showed me several layouts and they were all nice. I liked all of them. They were brighter than what I have here. On the front, there was a lot of sunlight, and that's what I was looking for. It's just that they were smaller than what I have. They just renovated. So, the building was very nice and very clean. They had a nice library and a nice room where everybody would meet and sit. Tracey gave me the tour and she was very patient and friendly. The residents that came in were friendly, too, and everybody spoke.

We chose Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm for my sister because it was close to where she lives now, and was close to, walking distance, of a lot of things. The apartment has no furniture, but hardwood floors, washer/dryer connections, and window coverings. The staff was very, very nice, very helpful. They had a gym, bingo, games, and a library.

I visited Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm, and it was very nice. The person who attended to me was very pleasant. The rooms looked fine. The atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. It's a nice community to live in. They have what you are looking for. The maintenance was pretty clean.

Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm is beautiful. I like it. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. It looks like they've been refurbished. The staff members are great. They're very courteous and very informative. They have a room in case you want to have parties, but they don't provide food. They have lots of activities. They have bingo, play piano in the evening, have other music get-togethers, and have bible studies.

I went to Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm. It was beautiful. It's all brand new. It was immaculate. It would be something that I was looking for, but I will be on a waiting list. They showed me the model; it was nice. I saw the community room, the outdoor area, and the common areas. It was nice. It was near to where my daughter and son-in-law live.
