Cain Commons was a very nice and very well-organized place. It looked beautiful. However, we were told a different price when we got there, so that was kind of disappointing for my client. Other than that, everything else was great. They showed us a one-bedroom. It was nice and spacious. Everything looked very modern looking. Everything was good. It wasn't the right price for him. I believe they have some activities going on for the elderly down there. We didn't really get into that much, because after the price it was like he didn't want to do it. The staff was awesome though. They were very helpful. He even offered some different places for us to check that were within our affordable range, but it was not close enough. However, they were knowledgeable of the place, well organized, and very professional.

Cain Commons was very nice and clean. The amenities were very well, and the staff seemed very good. The staff was very knowledgeable, and they pointed out a lot of things that I had asked for, like the condition of the floors and things like that. They were a big help. It was in really excellent condition. I liked the size of the rooms. The sizes were good for one person.

I toured Cain Commons. The place is beautiful, and the people are very nice. Just touring and talking to the neighbors and stuff like that, they're very friendly and everything. They would help you any way they can. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you have a problem, you come to the office, and they get on it right away. I love it. They try to accommodate in any way they can. The room I toured didn't have any handicapped railings in the bathroom, but the staff said if I was approved for the apartment, he would make sure that would be taken care of.
