My friend was at Hessler Heights Gracious Retirement Living. They don't necessarily provide services. It is a place where they provide an apartment, and then they provide meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). They have activities. They provide cleaning once a week. The housekeeper comes in and dusts, mops and, vacuums. On every floor there are washers and dryers, so residents can do their own laundry. It's not in their apartment. It's provided, and it's not very far from the apartments either. There are multiple ones throughout the floor for the residents to use. They have a small physical therapy room where they can go up and use the equipment. They have a theater. They have a movie night. They have other scheduled activities. They were given nutritious meals. Their afternoon and evening meals were pleasant. They were size-appropriate for retired people, and they're filling. They have a heart-healthy meal available every meal or something else. They have a variety, and you have your choice. And you could have just a sandwich if that's all you wanted. They're prompt with their meals. They also provide transportation on certain days of the week. The staff knows the residents that are there. They have a really good finger on who's doing what.

I went to Hessler Heights Gracious Retirement Living. The staff was friendly. It was clean and bright with lots of natural lighting. The amenities seemed adequate, and as far as their activities and provided transportation, I liked that all the meals were included. It was all inclusive. Those are some of the things. It was very open and inviting. It has just kind of a very fresh and joyful feel to it. This community seems cheerful, bright, and clean. The gentleman that took us on the tour was very helpful. The activities director that we met was very helpful and friendly. They're both very kind, helpful, and patient.

Hessler Heights Gracious Retirement Living was very good. They have a live-in manager, which I think is very good. The sizes of the apartments were OK. They have balconies. On one side, they have a view of the mountains if you're on the top floor. The food was very good. One thing I like is that they serve their dinner in the middle of the day. They have breakfast, they have dinner, and they have supper. The main meal is in the middle of the day, which is better. I was very impressed with the enthusiasm of the assistant manager who gave us the tour. The one-bedroom units are a decent size. The two-bedroom is very nice. You only get a kitchenette in your apartment, which means you get a sink and a refrigerator and not enough counter space to put more than your coffee maker. That is a drawback for me, but there is generally room to put in some shelving or cabinetry where you can also put your microwave. They do not provide a microwave, which is a drawback. The place was very clean. The people were friendly. The people I talked to really seemed to like the place. I saw groups of people who seemed relatively animated and lively. I got a very good vibe there, of being an active place. There's not much in the way of grounds, which was a little disappointing, but overall, I was well impressed with it. I have a friend who is moving today. My main drawback was the lack of a kitchen, but they have a communal kitchen, so that's good, if you want to cook or something. The staff that I interacted with, the receptionist and the assistant manager, were very good. I can be comfortable there. It was vibrant.

Hessler Heights has just opened up. They provide just about everything everybody else provides, except they have three meals a day and their price is the cheapest. It is in the area between my son and my daughter, which is very convenient. I only met the people who manage the place and the sales lady; they're both outstanding. They have an exercise area, a movie theater, a very nice cafeteria, and a dining room area. It's very well lit. We ate there once, and the waitresses were very courteous. It was a very positive experience. We put a deposit down on a very nice sizable apartment. We are very pleased with what we got. It's a 2-bedroom, and it has a porch also.
