I toured Victory Crossing. They had a wait list for three to four years. It was very nice, and I couldn't see anything that was negative. Everything was positive. The apartment was perfect for a single person like me. Nothing further I can actually add to that. They have everything I could use or need. So, I would give it an A-plus. The staff who gave the tour was perfect. She explained things to me, and she took me on the tour. Inside, the interior was fine, but outside, there was snow on the grounds, so I didn't see very much. Everything was neat and clean.

I went to Victory Crossing in Silver Spring and spoke with the manager. They said you have to have a specific income that I don't have. I was able to tour their independent living community, and I like it. They were very nice and new. I think they built it in 2017. The staff was also very nice. They really want to give the spot to me, so it's not their fault. They also showed me the apartment and explained how everything works.

I toured Victory Crossing. The building itself and the person I met with were great and professional. It was a clean building, and the layout was open.

I toured the independent living community of Victory Crossing in Silver Spring. The assistant manager was very helpful with the tour. She pointed out a lot of things, and she called 30 minutes before my arrival to let me know about the waiting list and whether or not I wanted to come. I did because I was five minutes away, and because I would like to tour the building. They have a number of amenities, events, and things that they do with the residents to make their stay there much more comfortable, as far as getting them out once a week, and whether they're going shopping or whatever else is going on out. They didn't have a vacant apartment for us to view. We could only do the amenities that are there. They have a reading room. If someone is coming to do physical therapy with you, instead of having to use your apartment, where you may have limited space, they have a room on the first floor with a table and a balance board, and a couple of other little things in there, where you could do your physical therapy treatment. They do a once-a-month event where they have food brought in. They could function as a community to get to know others. They work very hard to do those types of events.

I like Victory Crossing Senior Apartments. It seems to be a pretty well-kept building, but they don't have any openings. It's gorgeous. It's a newer facility. It's very nice, modern and updated. I love the apartment because it has wood flooring throughout except the bedroom that has carpeting. They also have a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. It's modern and cute. It's upgraded and well-kept. It's a nice building. There's a patio at the back with nice seating. They even have a dog park or something. I could sit out there. There are a couple of benches. They have a community room where you can rent out and it was large enough. They have a nice large kitchen where you can bring food and there's a nice seating area. They have a fitness center and a library. There's a small conference room if you want to have another meeting. It was pretty well-lit. The lighting was nice and well-kept. It is upgraded and clean and it looks fresh. The furniture looked decent and not old. The staff who toured me around was a sweet lady. She was very nice and always smiling. I would like to be able to get in there. It would make me happy as a senior.

I love everything about Victory Crossing Senior Apartments. It was immaculate. I love the resources available, too. The apartments were large, and I love the fact that each apartment had a washer and dryer. I went with a friend who lived there; she explored it with me. They have a bus that takes you to the shopping center. They provide weekly activities in-house and some field trips. They had a party room and an area where you could meet privately with an insurance agent or someone you didn't want to come up in your apartment. Even though I'm not there yet, I would love to be selected. They don't cook for you, but they provide an area where you can have a party and provide food for your guests if that's what you desire. I've got my heart set on that.

Victory Crossing was a nice place. I liked it. The rooms were nice, clean, roomy, and really comfortable. I liked the design. The kitchens were nice, too. It looked like the community was kept much better than the other place we saw. I liked Victory Crossing because you have a washer and dryer in your apartment. I like the convenience of it. Also they have people who come in and and entertain, and they had a bus that takes you on trips.
