I frequently visit Clifton Woods to see a friend and each time I go, I am highly impressed with the quality of the employees and the love and attention given to the residents. The home is well-kept, clean, and always full of smiling caregivers, many of whom have been there 10-20+ years. This staff longevity, in an industry with a normally high turnover rate, speaks a lot to the management and owners. Clifton Woods only has 8 residents and therefore provides a strong staff to resident ratio, allowing caregivers the opportunity to truly spend time with each individual. The residents always look nice and you can tell a lot of time and detail goes into their care each day. They are truly treated as individuals and not simply patients in a facility. Clifton Woods feels like "home" and not an institution. I highly recommend visiting and you will get a sense of the love and care that Clifton Woods provides.

Past-Client

Clifton Woods was a wonderful operation until they sold out to a "buyer, investor" Apparently he has no interest in the families of the residents and i have seen the place go downhill fast. Other resident family members have told me so too. The caretakers and Managers seem to be tired all the time and not happy individuals. It was very different with the previous owners. I hope and pray that others will listen, this is a place going downhill fast, with a buyer who seems to be interested in money only.
