Arbor Crest of Silver Spring

I went to Arbor Crest of Silver Spring. The tour guide was familiar with the residents like she knew them by name. Esthetically it did seem a little dark like paint-wise, it's just not bright. And the room that she showed me, the rooms were nice. I thought she was very friendly. She didn't know I was coming, but she was very amenable to showing me around anyway. There was a salon, a billiards room, and a dining hall. It was clean. It's not far from a hospital. It's a good location.

We are moving my brother to Arbor Crest of Silver Spring. We chose it because it appears clean. It's not noisy, it's very quiet, which is one thing we are looking for. The tenants also seemed pleasant, from my observation.

Arbor Crest of Silver Spring is great for a senior. It has lots of space, a space for cooking, it has a movie room, somebody comes and does your hair, it has an art room, and a game room. But all those places are closed now because of COVID. They have announcements of what's coming up in the neighborhood, or trips for their members and everything, but right now they're just in their rooms because of COVID. It has two floors and an elevator. I wish they would have more security. Although you have to buzz people in. They have to call up to the room before they buzz you in, but I wish they had a security camera, but they don't.

Arbor Crest of Silver Spring was pretty nice. The tour person told us about the different activities they had. She seemed nice. The apartments were small but OK.

I visited Arbor Crest of Silver Spring. I got a good feel to it. I took my mother, but she wasn’t ready to move in yet. I like the whole layout and the presentation that we got on the visitation. Everything was good. The whole presentation was good. I like it. Everything is there that my mother needed, but she is quite not ready to make that move yet. I like the energy that we got coming from that environment. The lady that did the tour was very receiving. The property was clean, and there was very nice layout for the rooms. The rec area that we saw is open to the older people.

I liked Arbor Crest and the cleanliness of its rooms. It was a nice size with only two stories and easy to get around. They had a TV room and did outings. The staff was very courteous and asked me if there were any more questions I needed to ask.
