Food was inedible. Staff was unhappy and the management changes constantly. We wasted time there when we should have moved my mom elsewhere from day one. The day we moved her to another assisted living in the area was the best day of the five months she lived here. It’s awful.

My relative was at Landow House but decided to move to another senior residence due to problems at Landow. The administrator and head of nursing were constantly turning over. There was not enough nursing staff to provide adequate coverage of residents' needs. The property was poorly maintained, i.e. leaky roof. There were no reserved visitor spots & the employees park in their lot, so often there was no where to park. Employees at Landow seem unhappy & that impacted the care they provided.

Landow was an adequate place. It was close to my old neighborhood. The people there were fine.

Whenever I enter Landow House the staff are always extremely kind, respectful, and responsible. I believe that the residents are taken good care of and their needs are always met. The amenities in the room are acceptable and are well kept up by the staff. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is on time when the residents want to eat, exercise, or go to activities. The food is better than other assisted living communities, and since it is Kosher food it is good enough for my Grandfather. Overall the experience at Landow House is a good one, and I would recommend it to other elderly people if they have enough funds.
