This is a disorganized facility and my friend who lives there is very unhappy. On person elevator that takes forever to come. There is a lack of toilet per in bathrooms. He has had many items stolen. The bathroom he uses across from his room was out of service for 2 weeks. He was told to use a bathroom on a different floor. They are always out of certain food items such as coffee and condiments that they haven't thought to include such as Parmesan cheese for spaghetti. He also cannot regulate the temperature in his room.
