Howell's Care l was nice and clean, and there was no odor. The people who work there seemed to be OK, and they were smiling. The staff during the tour was very friendly, and she let me go upstairs. There were a couple of people upstairs in their rooms, and their rooms were neat. There wasn't anything wrong with the rooms. The people were cordial. The building looked nice. It's a real house, and the people looked like they were well kept.
