My husband has been in Clearvista Lake Health Campus for several weeks now. I'm very pleased with it. I like that they have the most friendly and very caring nurses. The physical appearance is very nice. It's very clean. It's very good. It's excellent. I don't know about their activities because I'm not allowed back in there. Communication with the community is very easy.

I toured Clearvista Lake Health Campus. It was very similar to the other facility I visited. Their pricing was almost that even. It was very competitive, but Clearvista was very nice and clean. It has nice, big, open hallways. Everything was all nice, bright, modern, and colored. The rooms were clean and had nice furniture. I didn't meet many of the staff, but they were also very friendly and helpful. They're pretty good at answering my questions. I did have to call back to talk to a different staff member the next day because the guy who gave me the tour was just kind of the maintenance guy, and it was on the weekend. I was able to see the rooms and everything. There were no issues in that regard. He just didn't have all the answers in terms of pricing and everything. He showed me the common areas as well.

Clearvista lake is a new, beautiful facility. They have several options for care, particularly for married couples. They will take next door rooms and add a doorway for a suite. You are still paying for 2 rooms. The facility is clean and has physical therapy. The food is generally good/then some days poor. There is no food input from the residents offered. There are repairs needed in some rooms. It seems that once in use they don't repair even after you ask many times! They are generally short staffed and residents have to wait sometimes on call buttons. We are generally happy with the facility and my parents, who resisted going, are happy there!

I visited Clearvista Lake Health Campus. It was more limited than where Mary ended up moving into. It was also more expensive and actually not as high quality as the other community. There were a couple of activities, but they weren’t really relatable to Mary, so I didn’t pay much attention to it. The dining area was nice, and the food was very good, but I don’t think it was of the same quality as the other community. It was still very good though.

We chose Clearvista Lake Health Campus for my father-in-law. It is a skilled care facility. It has been a good experience so far. We have been happy over the past three weeks or so. The staff seems to be taking care of him. We chose this place because of its proximity to our house. So, we can go over there and see him often. It's a clean place. His room is private. They have a community, and they have everything.

Where to begin. First understand EXACTLY what level of service is required and have it outlined in detail. They will not tell you what kind of care will be given. If a routine/ meds change: Do not expect everyone involved to know the changes. Medication consumption is not always written in the records which causes extra doses, this is being investigated. The staff will make you wait or place you on ignore if they don't like you. Slow to respond. Witnessed several people respond to call only to just turn off call button. I went into room saw call button on floor and lady had wanted out of bed for a couple hours now but no one would help her get out of bed. My parent had 3 falls, the last resulting in a broken neck, staples in the head, and she was ok 1-2 days after fall, but went downhill after that. Apparently even witnessing that she can't eat on her own, they don't try to feed the patients unless it's written down to do so in her chart. They said there was a care description? 2 years here, never heard of it. 2 years of broken promises and poor communication.

My first impression with Clearvista was very nice, clean, organized, secured and we got the sense that the staff took really good care of her. They were in and out of the rooms on a pretty regular basis to check on them, so I think they did a nice job. She had a very large private room and they had a number of activities. My wife did try the food and thought the food was pretty outstanding. It was a really nice facility; I won’t have a problem sending somebody up there. They had an open snack place where they could come anytime if they wanted something during the day to eat. It’s just a very pleasant place, bright, clean, and modern.
