My father has moved into Bloom at Willow. It's more of a small community, and I like the small group. The rooms are really nice. It's a private room where one person is in there, and it's clean. They have everything on one floor, which is the third floor, and that's nice, too. It's just a nice, small place for my dad, and we like that. I don't eat their food, but when it comes to my dad, he likes their food; they just have to get him to eat. They have the place decorated nicely, too. They keep it really clean in there. It's not dirty. They stay with the patients. They don't leave them alone for too long. They all gather together to sit and watch TV. They take them out of their rooms, so that's a good part right there. Holly is the market manager, and there are two nurses, Angie and Ashley, and I gave all of them a 5. When they did the assessment on my dad, they were patient, pleasant, and welcoming. When we went in, they offered doughnuts and something to drink. They made sure he felt comfortable, so that was nice. They informed us if something is going on with him, too.

My wife and I visited Bloom at Willow. It has a good staff-to-resident rapport, a sense that the residents and the staff relate very strongly. There's a family sense. Their place is like an upscale home. It's a nice place.

It was very nice. But it's an old structure and it didn't have the amenities. It was somewhat small, too. The staff was incredible. We enjoyed them. I wanted things to get mom out and get her busy, but they didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, it was a perfectly fine facility. It was nice. The staff went out of their way. Their commitment was phenomenal. The rooms were a bit small and had low ceilings. It was in the afternoon, but they very unwisely took us to a room that was in the shade and a little dark, whereas the ones at the other place were very bright, big, and roomy. The dining area seemed adequate, but it was small. The activity facilities all seemed to be concentrated in one area. The TV lounge and the activity room were all in one area.

It was very nice and clean. It's not real big, but it was a good size. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I learned a whole lot about assisted living and memory care. They would be one of the places that I would be considering when I'm ready to go there.

My mother is in here. It's very nice and I'm very happy with it. The staff is very interested in their clients and they seem to want to take good care of them. I haven't had any problems. The food is adequate. They don't do a lot in the memory care section, but they have puzzles, TV, bingo, several games, music, and there's piano playing.
