"Independence Village has been very welcoming to my dad. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and caring. After living in the same place for 60 years, the transition was not easy for my dad but the staff has been very patient and attentive to him and has kept me in the loop on his wellbeing. The rooms are in good condition and the perfect size for an elderly person and my dad enjoys the variety in the food choices available on a daily basis."

"We toured Traditions of Columbus for our mom and I thought it was fabulous. We enjoyed the visit, it was nice. The facility was clean, they were very well taken care of, and very nice. The person who gave the tour was just wonderful, she still calls me just the other day, and any question we had, she was right there with the answer. She offered that if there's anything we need to ask, to just call her, she's very helpful. The residents were playing bingo and they were having a good time, they were in a big room. I wasn't able to eat there but their dining area looked great. They made a meal for somebody that was coming to get it, she showed it to me and it looked good. All the staff members that we ran into were wonderful, they were nice and helpful with anything."

"My sister moved to Astral at Franklin. We like its cleanliness and atmosphere; from its appearance, you wouldn't recognize it as a senior home. The staff is very accommodating. They have outings and various things like entertainment and music that come in. The apartments are well-kept."

"Overall, Grand Victorian of Greenwood was a great place. It looked good. It just wasn't quite what we were looking for. Everybody was nice. They showed us around and showed us everything. I couldn't ask for more. They had good amenities. There was nothing wrong with it. They helped me. Everything was great."

"We toured the Four Seasons. I liked it all on one level. Every apartment had a little outside patio. They had a little kitchen, so you could do your cooking if you wanted to cook. They had a washer and dryer. I liked that. In the little kitchen area, they had a separate little counter. The maintenance was fine. I like their eating area. We didn't eat there, but when we walked by, it had high ceilings. It looked like a nice restaurant kind of atmosphere. I thought it looked pleasant. The staff was very good."
