If I could rate ZERO if I could. Building is barely a year old and dirty. Nothing in common areas get cleaned. Staff will tell you one thing then do another. Homeless people staying in the building. Shady business practices all the way around. For the cost of them it should be better maintained. If the management doesn’t take pride in the facility then the people living there won’t. This is for the independent part of Vita
