"Hamilton Trace was a nice facility. The apartments were nice as well. The staff was very friendly. I like its convenience to where I live. So, it would be close for me to go and visit my dad if needed. I like that it's a bigger facility, because they tend to have memory care for Alzheimer's/dementia patients."

"Copper Trace was nice. They had a great facility. It's very clean and very new. They all had full-sized appliances in their units. I saw their menu, and it looked amazing."

"This place is probably one of the best facilities I've ever stayed in! Staff are very attentive and the management seems to be on the ball. With all this Covid stuff going on I have felt safe and secure. The food is way above average for a nursing facility. Not like moms by any means but quite good. The team just seems to really get along and communication flows smoothly. Hats off to Greenwood Healthcare!!!! Keep up the GREAT job!"

"I have visited on many occasions and each time I was there I had seen the way they work together.. Also I had noticed if call light would go off it was answered right away. I had been to many places were the call light would be on 10+ minutes and I would see 4+people at the nurses station just talking and laughing while 4 call lights were on. Very nice place and very clean. Friendly staff. "

"Mom really likes University Heights Family-first Senior Living from CarDon. She has had no complaints being there. She has a private room and we have a relative that's also there, and they're right across the hall from each other, so that makes it nice for all the family. We've had no issues with the nurses and their staff at all. They are very nice and very helpful. She likes the food and she's excited about it, because they bring her a menu every three days so she gets to choose what she wants to eat. She also likes bingo, the church service, and the music where they have people come and play songs. The dining room is very nice. The rooms are very clean. It's an older nursing home, but it's very clean and very organized. Mom's room is nice and she has plenty of room in it. She's got a little table, chairs, her little closet, pictures on the wall, and a little coffee bar with drawers underneath it. She's got her own snacks, too."

"My sister-in-law has moved into Greenwood Meadows. I think it's clean and cheerful. The staff are friendly. It doesn't have a bad smell. It's pleasant with lots of windows and light coming in. They offer lots of activities, but my sister-in-law had a stroke, so she has no speech currently and doesn't participate. They do have a daily schedule like bingo, and someone coming in and playing music. They have activities every day, but she hasn't attended. They have church services, games, crafts, and quite a few things. The food is good, usually hot, and enjoyed by my sister-in-law. The dining room is clean, bright, and well decorated. There's a schedule hanging on the wall in her room where they have activities every day. She's on Medicare right now, and I know the cost for private pay is like average of every place else."

"My dad is at Greenwood Village South. It's a nice place, well-attended, and well-staffed. The downside is it's probably the most expensive one in Indiana. They're working on his feeding tube, to see if he can get rid of a feeding tube. He can't go to assisted living with a feeding tube and so they're doing some work with him on that. The staff I met so far are great and highly qualified. It's really nice. It's got a water fountain, a pond, a water fountain, and an atrium garden. If you're an outdoors-type person, it'd be great. My dad particularly isn't kind of outdoorsy, but, if you wanted to go outdoors, it's nice stuff. Based on what I've seen so far, it is the best. They've got 24-hour nursing and they take care of him well. If he has any problem, they call me right away."

"I have been at the facility twice lately. It a nice, clean place. The residents are happy as well as the staff. Friendly outgoing and very positive vibes each time I went into the facility. Very family oriented."

"Although this facility may be cosmetically appealing to the eye, I can assure you the care my loved one received here was appalling. My loved one stayed at Aspen Trace for rehabilitation following a hospital stay. This family member was found several times connected to an oxygen machine that was either not plugged in to the wall or attached to a portable one which had run out of oxygen. My loved one also experienced a genital rash due to lack of bathing. My family was told bathing and physical rehab is regularly scheduled and often neither were completed. It was extremely difficult to request a chest x-ray, etc. when it was obvious our loved one was suffering from a chest infection or pneumonia. There was an extremely long wait once the call button was pushed, likely due to lack of staffing. The food was horrific and was usually delivered whole (if at all), not following the mechanical soft (pureed), physician ordered preparation. When my family requested help from the front desk staff, nurses, or assistants, it was as though you are personally inconveniencing them and an annoyance. My family is tight-knit and believe in being each other’s advocate. A member of our family visited every day, and it was the epitome of stressful. My family and I can’t caution highly enough to refrain from using this facility for yourself or a loved one. "

"My wife is a resident of Rosegate. They have more staff there than the other place she was in. She gets a little more supervision than she was getting at the other place. Of course, no place can be there 100 percent of the time, but they're there more often and look after her. They have more clinicians in the place that she was in. The room is okay. It's two people to a room, but it's not bad. They keep it clean. The food is way better than where she was. It's a more balanced-type meal and nutritional; not the kind of garbage that she's getting at the other place. The dining area is spacious and nice, not stacked on one another. It is large enough that there's space for everybody to move around. They do different programs like games and different things. They have music from different eras, movies, and movie themes from different days. The staff is excellent. They keep me informed or aware. If something happens and I'm not there, they'll call me and update me like on the changes in medicine and different things. So, I'm pleased. One of the things that swayed me is that they have everything she will need down the line as her health changes. They have extended care, a hospice unit, as well as memory care, so it makes it easier for the family and her, if her health changes. There's no big change for her to transition from one to the other."

"My wife's great-uncle was a resident at this facility for a little over one year. We had him transferred to this facility after a drug overdose almost proved fatal at the first one he was a resident at. The staff was amazing, the nurses were all extremely kind to both his family and Uncle, who was the stereotypical grumpy old man. He would yell at the nurses and make a mess on purpose and they just laughed it off and provided amazing care regardless. They encouraged us to visit whenever we wanted at any time during visiting hours and even let us stay after visiting hours had ended. He was allowed to leave to be with family on holidays when he was able, and was even encouraged to do so. After his passing, the facility did everything they could to help the family through the grieving process. The facility itself was always pristine and very modern, and each room had a television, which the residents seemed to really enjoy. "
