"I have visited on many occasions and each time I was there I had seen the way they work together.. Also I had noticed if call light would go off it was answered right away. I had been to many places were the call light would be on 10+ minutes and I would see 4+people at the nurses station just talking and laughing while 4 call lights were on. Very nice place and very clean. Friendly staff. "

"The care that our mother received was above and beyond our expectations. The staff treated her as though she was their mom. They took great care in ensuring she was comfortable and that we knew her health concerns on a daily basis. They would spend quality time explaining things to us. It was like we were family and we personally knew 12 of the nurses who cared for her. Even during her passing the nurses gathered at her bedside until we arrived. The staff is top notch. "

"Basically cheerful atmosphere in facility and staff. It was clean and well kept. I got good physical therapy. The staff was helpful and most were friendly. There does need to be a rule about the patients turning off or at least down their tv after 11 pm unless they are in a private room. I enjoyed being able to wash my own laundry. Activities were plentious but I was so sick that I could not participate. The nurses tried to do a good job keeping my meds straight. I got prompt responses to my call light. If I could not go to the dining room, I did receive meals in my room at meal time. I liked the patience and encouragement from the therapy staff. Physical therapy and occupational therapy was excellent. The social worker, Phoebe Lemonds, gave me helpful follow up advice for when I went home. She helped me get in home help set up. This has been an answer to prayer."

"My stepdad was in the rehab unit at Greenwood Village South. It was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. My stepdad had a stroke, and they had a good stroke rehab facility. It was a nice clean facility. It looked like a nice place. "

"I have been at the facility twice lately. It a nice, clean place. The residents are happy as well as the staff. Friendly outgoing and very positive vibes each time I went into the facility. Very family oriented."

"Although this facility may be cosmetically appealing to the eye, I can assure you the care my loved one received here was appalling. My loved one stayed at Aspen Trace for rehabilitation following a hospital stay. This family member was found several times connected to an oxygen machine that was either not plugged in to the wall or attached to a portable one which had run out of oxygen. My loved one also experienced a genital rash due to lack of bathing. My family was told bathing and physical rehab is regularly scheduled and often neither were completed. It was extremely difficult to request a chest x-ray, etc. when it was obvious our loved one was suffering from a chest infection or pneumonia. There was an extremely long wait once the call button was pushed, likely due to lack of staffing. The food was horrific and was usually delivered whole (if at all), not following the mechanical soft (pureed), physician ordered preparation. When my family requested help from the front desk staff, nurses, or assistants, it was as though you are personally inconveniencing them and an annoyance. My family is tight-knit and believe in being each other’s advocate. A member of our family visited every day, and it was the epitome of stressful. My family and I can’t caution highly enough to refrain from using this facility for yourself or a loved one. "

"My mother was in Rosegate for rehab about two weeks. Everything was pretty restricted because of COVID. She had a change in roommate and that didn't go well. I had no problem with how things went, but I wasn't staying there. Everybody was helpful in taking care, keeping her up with medicines, following doctor's orders, and doing her rehab work. I thought it was in a nice location. There were plenty of things there to do, but she just didn't feel like doing it."

"We visited Forest Creek. The staff was friendly and caring. The rooms were small for sharing. "

"This facility provided sufficient care and catered to the resident's special dietary requirements. I found the live birds in the entryway to be a nice touch and the resident enjoyed watching them. The staff had no problem with us checking the patient out to wander the grounds or even go offsite for a time. Obviously, this is handled on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, a very friendly dog wanders around the facility from time to time, which is pleasant for residents.The staff was friendly and seemed competent. They were prompt about seeing to needs, and were pleasant to visitors as well as residents. They answered my questions about the resident's care openly, and were happy to direct me to the right people to talk to about mail, food, etc.My only significant complaint was that several of the hallways had a strong smell of stale urine. I understand that some people in the facility lack control of their bodily functions, but I would hope properly cleaning such messes would be a high priority. "

"Bethany Village has cared for my mother for 7 years. The staff all the way from the Executive Director to the housekeeping staff are wonderful people. They take such great care of my mother. She was at another nursing center before transferring to Bethany so I know what it's like at other places. Nothing compares to this place. They care about the people they care about and they are always having fun!! The rooms are spacious and there is always something going on in the activity department. They have a free coffee bar and always do fundraisers for the Alzheimer's Association. It's become a second home to me and my family. "

"My Grandmother was in a nursing home for a little while after we discovered that she had a variation of Parkinson's disease. My family is a large one, so somebody was almost always there at the nursing home with her. Because of this, my family got to know the staff quite well. Most of the staff was kind, efficient, and very personable. While there my grandmother improved, but not as much as she did once we brought her back home. I respect this nursing home and appreciate how they cared for my grandmother. I know what it is like to work in a nursing home and how hectic it can be, so I could relate to the aides in the facility more than most. The staff was always polite to my family and rarely treated us as if we were in the way. While a nursing home can never provide the same care as an actual home, where care is provided by one's own children, this nursing home was a suitable option. "
