"My tour at Rose Senior Living at Carmel was great. It was new and modern, and everyone was friendly; I recommended them to my in-laws. I was highly satisfied with the community. The rooms were clean, new, nice and big, and everybody I met was friendly. I visited both their independent and assisted living. They also have a lot of stuff that they do for the residents. I mainly liked that it doesn't feel like a nursing home."

"We visited Harmony at Avon. They had apartments, but no cottages. They're all very modern because they've been open for two years. They had a patio. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful. The food was very good. The upkeep and cleanliness of the facility was excellent. They had a wellness center, a theater, and they had social areas on each floor."

"I absolutely love Northridge Gracious Retirement. It was beautiful. It's gorgeous, it has a lot to offer. I was very impressed. I thought the entire facility was just gorgeous. The staff members were absolutely wonderful. The man who gave me the tour was wonderful, and all along the tour he would occasionally say, "Do you have any questions?" And I honestly didn't have any questions because he was so thorough in explaining everything as we toured the facility. The building was beautiful. I was very impressed with the facility. As soon as you walk in the door you just see beauty. It's beautiful."

"I loved Hamilton Trace and everything about it. I liked the attention that they gave to their residents. They had activities going on when I was there, which I thought was nice. Since a lot was going on and the residents were moving around, it didn't bother me that the rooms on the memory care side were much smaller than I thought they would be. The dining area was very nice. The staff who helped me tour the place was excellent. They were very nice and very accommodating."

"Altenheim Senior Living is a wonderful place. The staff is very attentive. Mom gets good food and good care. She has a nice studio and it's clean. The memory care facility where she's at is very secure."

"I toured Glasswater Creek of Whitestown. I like the location and several other factors as well. There's a room that is set up for a wheelchair. The cabinets and closet rail are lower, and everything accommodates that. I like the services that they offer and provide. The staff, I've had nothing but help and positive feedback. They've gone out today and called every week to check on me. I've looked at the menu several times, and they're accommodating if you have a special diet, and I like that. The other thing is I could have a tray delivered to me in the morning because it's very difficult to move in the morning. They're willing to do a lot of those things."

"Hoosier Village has a good combination of services. They are not for profit. They have independent living and homes that are being built recently. They also have some beautiful condos. They have assisted living and memory care, and it's all on one campus. The staff members were very nice and respectful. They did a lot of listening, so we just felt very comfortable. They were all incredibly respectful. They gave us plenty of time to think through what we wanted and needed. They have everything, like swimming, art classes, and transportation if that's something you need. They're just an all-around very high-quality facility. They have full kitchens. They have two large dog parks, pickleball courts, and a beautiful park. They have quite a bit of land, and they're continuing to build a lot of really nice, high-end independent homes. You can rent there, or you can go in and do the continuous care option."

"We lived in a cottage at the Stratford for four years. Our cottage was lovely, homey, and met all of our needs. All aspects during our stay at the Stratford exceeded our expectations. The facilities are immaculate and amenities are first rate. When we ate in the dining room, the food was excellent as was the service. There are numerous events & activities for everyone to enjoy if they choose. The overall environment is relaxing and courteous. The management and staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We would especially like to mention and thank in particular Sam, Grace, Christina, Heather, and Jackie. You can definitely tell they love what they do and they represent the Stratford well."

"I toured Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living. I saw the memory care and a little bit of assisted living. I loved it. It was very good. It seemed very caring. I felt it was very loving, it was very clean, and it was new. The people there seemed to know the residents and the residents seemed happy. I saw one room, and I thought it was really good. It was empty. It was very clean and roomy as such for a studio. I like the availability of the sink, the fridge, and a big closet. It was good. I liked it."

"We toured Robin Run Village. What we liked about it was that they had independent living, and the apartments were perfect in every way, and the friendliness of the staff and the helpfulness of some of the residents were amazing. All the appliances are there. You get the refrigerator, stove, and if you need a microwave, you have to bring your own microwave. The person who gave the tour did an excellent job. They serve meals. It's three meals if you want to pay more for the third meal, because they only provide breakfast and dinner. We'd been driving by it before we even went, and it was always immaculate."
