The caregivers do not care! The nurse, Caroline, would yell and belittle my mom constantly. They are not knowledgeable and would try to send my mom to the psych ward every time she got a UTI. Almost everyone there doesn’t even speak English. The food was terrible and like slop. In addition, the owner was so cheap that my dad would take all the residents clothes home for several weeks, because he didn’t want to replace it.
