"My mother has been in Evergreen Village for 10 years, and it is the best place for her. Last week she celebrated her 110th birthday there, and the staff was so helpful with the party that filled the rec. room. They were so generous with their time and help. Since Mom is now in a wheelchair for the past 3 years she doesn’t go on the outings often anymore, but there are several places the bus takes the residents to enjoy including weekly trips to Walmart. Mom has made many friends there, and she loves the attention of the staff. They are all kind and take time to make sure she is well taken care of, and she enjoys visiting with all of them. There are several activities for everyone each day that are posted at each room and in the elevators. I am so pleased with the care Mom has received and especially impressed with the care of the staff. I couldn't ask for better care for my precious mom."

"We were very fortunate to find Cottonwood Village for my mom. It starts with an awesome staff ! Tracie and Avalon were very helpful and made it very easy in getting us set up with a room. Shannon the wellness director does an excellent job overseeing and scheduling my mom's doctor appointments. They really do treat you like family. The rooms are clean and bright and my mom loves the food. I would highly recommend this this place !"

"Mom will be moving into Alta Vista. It really fits her kind of lifestyle. She had lived on a ranch the previous 40 years, and Prescott's a real ranching community. It's a smaller community, and I live in Prescott, so it just fit everything we were looking for. We're probably going to go ahead and put her in assisted living. She's doing really well, but we also think that at some point she's gonna need more help. We really like that they have both independent and assisted living. We think the mix of having those is going to be helpful for her. We saw people outside of their apartment interacting with each other and attending classes. There's a beauty shop for getting their hair and nails done. They have a lot of activities and things. The staff was very helpful. We actually had lunch there, and it was very good. They have two different dining areas. One is very convenient. It's on the assisted living side, so it's a little bit smaller, but just lovely, and had a very nice setup. They have a nice selection of food. The other restaurant is upstairs. It's all windows on the one side, and it has a beautiful view, so it seems a little fancier."

"My mother lived here for about two years. She loved every second of it. It is hard to find a community that feels like home. The staff were so helpful and patient even when my mom become a lot to handle. They did everything they could for her. The rooms are great. GREAT maintenance workers as well. Ask and they will get it done. DEFINITELY make this the next home for you or your parents. You will not regret it."

"We chose Granite Gate Senior Living for my sister. We're happy with it, but it's expensive. I heard good reviews about it and I knew of their memory care through a friend of a friend who placed somebody there. My sister's got a very nice apartment. It's in the memory care unit. They call it the Bridges to Rediscovery. They have a wonderful community room where they have a TV and a fireplace. They bring in entertainment. They take them out on excursions. One of the things that's wonderful, too, is that even though she's in memory care, a lot of the activities they do with the other assisted living people, they integrate it so that they can be involved in that one too. They just have to be supervised. They don't have the courtyard per se, but they have the community room that's inside. They take them out on weekly excursions. There's a bus and they went down to see the courthouse lighting. They go to the forest. They do day trips up to Jerome. They go to different museums. Her opportunity to socialize is way up there with Granite Gate. No complaints about the food from her end. It feels like a five-star hotel."

"Rooms are not like home ,but very adequate for my situation...I am longest time resident here at 28 months.. Looked at 4 locations before settling here.. Management and staff are top drawer.. Facility is very well maintained and exceptionally clean.. Staff kindness to those in need is beyond expectations.. I give them a 5 star rating."
