"My dad moved into Cottonwood Village. He's from the area, so it was an easy transition being in town. And they have basically tiered care. So, as he progresses, he can potentially move into memory care, which is an important piece for him as he has Parkinson's. He has a 330-square-foot studio. There's no furniture in there, so it's bring your own furniture, which actually worked out well just because he had his own furniture already. It has a small kitchenette with a microwave and then a little fridge and a sink. The staff has been very responsive. It seems like they have a fairly good ratio of caregivers. That would probably be the primary reason. There's only typically one or two people per floor, and so it just takes a little bit longer if there's something, some type of need. But otherwise, everyone is very, very pleasant, very nice. They have a pretty robust activity schedule, which was a selling point, too. There's kind of daily things that they do, daily bingo, and things like that. They change the schedule monthly, so that's definitely a priority for them. And so, they're doing a good job at that."
