Country Oaks was well-staffed and clean. They had a good support system provided for their clients. The director was very informative and answered all our questions. I saw the residents watching TV and playing games. They had Bible service on certain days, books and videos, and so on.

This home has a lock on the front door but its not a locked group home. The house is clean and the food they serve is good. The staff are not very knowledgable about people with memory problems and dementia.

Country Oaks was a nice place. One lady with a walker told me that she has been there for a year and just loved it. It seemed very clean. The lady in charge had a garden near the front door that she kept looking very nice. The rooms seemed nice. I might have put my dad in if it had been closer. They had a pretty big backyard and outdoor sitting.

Country Oaks was nice, the rooms were adequate, and it is a place where he would have been comfortable. It was an open floor plan, with rooms on both sides of the house, and a little patio outside. It had a little area for computer, TV, and living room.
