Home Helpers is very caring. My caregivers from Home Helpers are respectful and empathetic. It is really helpful that my caregiver cooks for me, helps me clean up, and helps me get dressed. My caregiver helps me get to where I need to go. My caregiver is also very sharp.

I would tell others that Home Helpers doesn't pay their caregivers very well. I would have been in big trouble without the caregiver when I get fresh out of surgery and couldn't do anything.

Home Helpers has some very good caregivers, but they also have some caregivers that don't have very much experience. I am a little concerned about the consistency of the caregivers' performance as well as the consistency of the caregivers assigned. My wife has Alzheimer's and is also under hospice. My wife doesn't respond well to the rotating caregivers.

Home Helpers is awesome at what they do. Home Helpers helps me get my balance back, and they do the wound care for me. I can't do that on my own. They also make sure it's safe for me to take a shower.

The owner from Home Helpers came to the house and we connected. We are both from Ireland, so we have similar cultures, and he understood what I needed. It was just easier for us. The owner is very good. He was a nurse, so he understands what my parents need. Scheduling is fine. They’re very accommodating. Sometimes, they don’t have a caregiver available for certain times, so that can be a little problem, but they try to accommodate us as much as possible.

I had moved my 91 year old mother to Florida into an assisted living facility close to our home as she wanted to move to Florida, but still be in her own apartment. After 2.5 days at the assisted living facility, it was apparent that she was not getting the care they promised to give. My husband and I moved Mom in with us. Home Helpers of the Treasure Coast has been a blessing to us. It took a bit to get the kinks (personality conflicts) worked out, but they continued to keep trying and we now have wonderful care for Mom 5 days a week. The staff is easy to work with and listens to concerns; they then work with us to resolve them. Thumbs up to them!!!!
