The Park at University Village is probably equal to or better than the other place in a lot of ways. They are right next to the Washington State University campus. They have a lot of educational focuses, a lot of opportunities to take classes, and opportunities to do different things through Washington State University. The only negative on our part was that it was a little bit more expensive. It was probably $2,000 or $3,000 a month more. The cost for the independent cottages, two-bedroom, two-bath, was $10,500 a month. We liked that one a lot, but we eliminated it just basically due to the cost. They have a nice dining area, a clubhouse, exercise, a pool, walking paths, an educational school site, and a beauty salon.
