I like that Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing has a variety of activities, that it's a very safe place for my mom, and that they're willing to work with families. They seem to care about her and look after her. They take an active involvement in her day to day activities by inviting her to go for walks, knowing which activities she's interested in, and reminding her of those. They're just so kind and so helpful. I think it's great that they take Medicaid and Medicare, too. The facility is excellent. The maintenance man is kind and timely as well as the cleaning people, and the laundry people. They all do a really good job and work very hard. Their prices are a lot more reasonable than the other places that we looked at that didn't have the care, the amenities, the activities, the emergency pull cords, and the dining room that Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing has. I think it's worth some money.

I visited the Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing's assisted living. They didn't have kitchens and places I could get outside with my dog, so it just wouldn't have worked for me. I want to be able to have some things for myself. It was a nice community. It just didn't have what I wanted. The rooms were nice and clean but they didn't have any doors to get outside. They had a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. I saw their dining area and it looked very nice. The grounds outside were nice and the place was clean. The lady who took me around was very nice, too.

Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. Vineyard Park is costly if you're private pay and if you have DSHS , I'd make sure they're not overbilling or charging for services that aren't received. That's first. Secondly, this place is severely understaffed and everyone looks angry all of the time. My grandmother was in the midst of having a minor heart attack and asked a CNA to call an ambulance and they refused because THEY didn't think it was necessary. My grandmother called 911 on her own and was admitted to the hospital. She also has dietary restrictions and this place barely had anything she could eat and when there was something she could have on the menu, they weren't serving it. Considering the units have NO oven/stove, this is very unfortunate. Upon her moving out, no one did a walk-through with her to go over anything she may be getting charged for and she was told that she'd be getting her full deposit/last month's rent back. When that indeed was not true. We're currently waiting for an email that contains what my grandmother is being charged for, which should have been provided at the time of her moving out. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one that can live independently on their own and if your love one needs assistance, I'd make sure that's happening.

We toured Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing. It was a smaller area than most of the places that we looked at, and it's all one story. It's very nice and it's a very pretty area. They have studios and one-bedroom apartments. The staff I interacted with was very nice. They weren't in a very large area, but they weren't very far from where the downtown area of where Bothell was.

This place is TERRIBLE. They do a "bait and switch" with pricing... told us our parent would be given a certain price, and three months later raised it by $1600 a month... and they provide NO explanation of the extra charges... just a generic catch all phrase which is meaningless. Attempts to find out more are unsuccessful so far. BADLY understaffed, resulting in much frustration on the part of our family member, who then becomes easily frustrated... then the bill gets raised. Likely trying to "bully" our family member out by raising the price. Problems that are largely created by Vineyard Park. Extremely HIGH turnover of staff... every two months a new billing manager (could this be because of the unethical billing?) We have had various family members live at other facilities over the years and have NEVER encountered anything like this. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

If you care about your family member, steer clear of VP. Constantly understaffed and unhappy emoyees. Very high turnover, food is terrible and they often raise the rates without the required notice. In addition, the quality of care is borderline negligent. Recommend you ask to see copies of the recent state investigation.

Where in the health facility do people quit their job at a very high rate? Trust me Vineyard Park does. Noha is very unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. She has a fake smile towards you then turns around and stubs your back. The facility has a very high turnover. Understaffed all the time and poor management. Staff always gossiping among themselves trying to be nice but in real sense not. Joanne is also fake and unprofessional they make u pickup extra shifts when they are desparate but no appreciation at all. I would not recomend my loved one to be placed in this facility nor work in this facility period!!

The new manager here Noha is incompetent and rude. There is a high staff turn around rate. The food is horrid. The furniture is old They only care about making money off their residence. Don’t take my word for it, go to Yelp and read Dahlia’s review who was the CNA there. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB

I visited this community on more than one occasion. Each trip was a very positive experience. Here are a few details: I was invited to have a meal and the three of us who attended the dinner were all impressed with the food. We each had a different meal, and each exceeded expectations. The grounds were impeccably clean and the rooms we checked into (studio/1bedroom) contained everything necessary. The most important attribute I discovered was the staff, in particular, Emiko Greenidge who set everything up for us, toured us and answered everything we could throw at her. I would encourage anyone looking for a clean, caring community to check this place out.

Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing is very clean ,and it's really nice. They have shopping trips and movie trips. The rooms were very nice and clean with high ceilings and a very nice layout. They serve 3 meals, and the kitchen is open 24/7. Even if it's not breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they'd still make you sandwich or any food you like.

It looks nice, staff seemed really nice but clearly they are no different than other facilities. It was said they are about quality of life and they are local owners but when you get in there they are all about the money!!!!

I had a very pleasant time visiting the Vineyard in Bothell. The staff was very nice. Facility and location are both good. The menu was broad and varied enough, but I did not eat there. I particularly liked the rooms where you can go out on a little patio and walk to your car right from your room. I got at least two of their monthly newsletters, and I'm particularly interested with what they do at Easter and Christmas. I asked if they include the outside community sometimes, like if they lecturers come in and how often or if they have classes in the facility. They said they have things like that on a sporadic basis because it’s not a huge facility.
