My dad moved to Legacy House of Taylorsville. They are very nice. They are very inclusive, and they are very hospitable. It's clean. The atmosphere is good. All the staff are nice and sweet. I've seen the food and it looks good. They have a ton of stuff going on for the month. You can have a dog come. They have bingo. They have card games. They have all sorts of stuff going on all the time, and they include everybody.

My dad moved into Legacy House of Taylorsville. He's been there for about 3 or 4 weeks now. The people were friendly. We had other people we knew who had been in this one also, and that weighed a lot on our decision. I like that they seem to care. Their people are good at staying on top of things when we tell them something. As my dad deteriorates, they have programs that can assist him. They'll take care of him no matter how much he deteriorates. The staff members are wonderful. They'll do some laundry and don't say anything about it. Even though I've done most of my dad's laundry, when my dad had some accidents, they just went ahead and washed it. They make sure my dad gets down to his meals. They invite him out to activities. They've just been great. The food is wonderful. I couldn't ask for better food. The facility is beautiful. When they do have a problem, they get it fixed fast. They have quite a bit of activity.

Legacy House of Taylorsville was an excellent place, it's very clean and nice. We toured the first floor. Everything was tidy, nice, and clean. The staff was helpful. I don't remember anyone in particular as far as their names go, but it was just basically everyone that we had a chance to communicate or interact with, was great to work with. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was very welcoming and very homey. The dining area was also spacious, clean, and very nice. They have a common area or a courtyard area outside the center. This place seemed to be priced fair and everything was mainly on one floor.

I liked Legacy House of Taylorsville. I liked the people we talked with, the residents seemed to be very happy, and I think it would be a good place to go, depending on what you're looking for. The staff was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and very informative (answered the questions). I think they have some great activities for the residents to get together and socialize and become engaged. They will take them out on outings as well outside of the facility. They had a lot of places where you could gather to sit and visit. They had a beauty shop. I know they had a couple of exercise pieces of equipment. I don't know that I would say they have a gym, but I know they also have a memory care unit that's at the same location. They probably have about 80 rooms from what they told us. I seemed to have easy access from the freeway. It was in a very good, safe neighborhood. I like that about it.

We liked Legacy House of Taylorsville because it was only two levels. It was easy to get around. We also liked its location. It's only a few minutes from our house. The staff was very friendly. They knew every resident by name. So that was impressive. Everything was great.

The food is terrible, many of the residents and medical caregivers complain. It appears that no one cares and complaining does not help. The amount of money my mom pays she deserves better.

I moved into the Legacy House of Taylorsville. They have exercise equipment and a library. They have church services, a cafeteria, and a dining room. I'd give them a four due to short staffing, but they're friendly for the most part. I don't eat their food because it's too salty for me. It's the same thing that they have in a care center. I have kidney issues, so I can't take all that salt. They have all kinds of activities, whatever you choose to go to. They have things like coloring classes, but I'm not yet up to going to any of the activities. They have the microwave and the fridge, everything else is your own. They have a garden where you can go out and sit. Aging services tell me that this is the only facility they don't see complaints about. So I think that's a good thing.

My tour at the Legacy House of Taylorsville was overall, a good experience. The staff members were friendly, they gave me a good tour. I saw the whole facility, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the feeling that was there which seemed friendly. I liked the location, and I did not like that they didn't have any balconies or exterior doors in their rooms. The rooms were beautiful. They had some that had been remodeled, and they were very tasteful and very attractive. And the ones that hadn't been, were still nice. They looked well-taken care of. The person who gave the tour was friendly, she did a good job and she was professional. She knew the facts of the center. Their dining area was attractive, but I did not have a chance to try the food. They were pet friendly, but they didn't have patios or outside doors.

Everything about Legacy House of Taylorsville was good. I liked the layout they had for the activities in the memory care. The way it was staffed and everything was pretty comparable. The staff did a nice job taking us on a tour and showing us around. They have someone that comes in and does their hair. There is a podiatrist that comes in monthly. They administer medicines with no extra charge. In fact, there were no extra charges for anything, which amazed me.

My mother moved into the Legacy House of Taylorsville for my mother three weeks ago. We chose it because we know someone who lives there. She is in assisted living. They have a singer. They have bingo, game night, they have church, and they have all kinds of stuff. The staff is very friendly, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They have a nice staff nurse, and most things are in-house, like medication. I've eaten there, and the food is good. They have a refrigerator and microwave in the apartment.

Legacy House of Taylorsville was not a good location for us. It was OK. I actually met the director of the facility. They were OK. I looked at their menu, but I did not have a meal. There was nothing that overly impressed me; it was an OK menu.

My mother loves her apartment. She loves being able to do the activities if she wants to or staying in her apartment if she wants to. She loves meeting new people and friends and I love knowing she is being looked after and cared for quickly if the need arises. It's nice to have someone just a button push away if she has a fall or mishap. It gives me peace of mind.

My parents moved into Legacy House of Taylorsville. It's clean, and so far it's been really good, they have very friendly and helpful staff. The dining area is fine, I haven't eaten the food, but they said it's okay. They've made the apartment homey, it's clean, well-kept, bright, and it smells good. They like the church services, outings, and the musical groups that come and perform there. They don't care for Bingo but other people do.

Legacy House of Taylorsville's people were very courteous, encouraging, and tried to meet my needs. It's a really nice community. You get three meals a day in assisted living and memory care, but in the independent apartments, you just do your own thing. A couple of times a week, they have local artists who play the piano, violin, and guitar, and you can sing with them. They usually have an activity in the morning and afternoon every day. The food is fabulous and nutritious with good variety. They also have a great chef.

I chose Legacy House of Taylorsville for my mom, and its about eight months since she moved in. It has been the best thing for her. They treat her well. They have great food. They do have activities daily, and her favorite one is taking a bus ride. They do games together, like crossword puzzles. They have a lot of entertainment that comes in. It has absolutely been a godsend for us.

We found Legacy House Assisted Living for my mother-in-law. It’s close to where we live. The rooms are very nice. The facility is only 5 or 6 years old. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. One day, everything is OK. The next day, she doesn’t like anything about the place. They have activities all day long: bingo. They play cards. They have sing-alongs. They have groups come in and sing. It’s a really nice facility.

It was my brother’s decision to move my mom to Legacy of Taylorsville. The general appearance of the place is fine. Her room is very nice. It’s comfortable and cheery. The dining area looks good, too. She goes on their drives as an activity. I’m not really pleased with the care and communication to the family. She’s in the hospital now with a urinary tract infection. I don’t think they do a good job in keeping her clean. The pants my mother wore smelled terrible. I don’t know when they changed them. If I call, nobody returns it, or when I am able to get a hold of someone, they can’t give me enough information. However, I would still recommend them to others.

Legacy House is clean and nice. The staff is friendly. They have different eating areas, different sections, and memory care. The rooms were good. They're private rooms. I think they have games, and they have outdoor gardening.

Legacy Village is in a nice location that's why we decided to have my father and mother there. They have been there for two and a half months now. The facility itself is nice. The care is good. They are taking good care of my parents. However, the food is terrible and this is something they could improve on. Overall, though, I like this place for my parents.

This is a really wonderful place, It offers her the freedom of independent living with her own pseudo apartment (Similar to a Motel, no stove, laundry etc...) It's wonderful she has her privacy, but they still care for her with checkins, a paging system (LifeAlert)for emergencys. Food preparation for all meals with choices of entrees, and the option to dine in her apartment, or in the restaurant style dining room. They have group activities, and transportation to and from stores on a scheduled basis. This is amazing for her to still maintain independence but get the assistance she needs.

I like this facility they took great care of my grandpa and a lot of the residents there. I have befriended quite a few people here and the staff are good people and show a lot of respect for the residents. My grandpa passed away and I thought that the way the staff handled the situation was amazing and quite professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants great care for their loved ones.

This is a beautiful, midsize facility, only a few years old. This facility caters to residents with Alzheimer's or dementia or some memory related issue. I like the staff a great deal. They add a lot to this facility. They're very knowledgeable and they know not only how to interact with the residents, but also with the residents' families. On more than one occasion, I've seen a staff member comfort a family member after a difficult visit with one of the residents. They explained things to the families and helped them retain hope for the future. In facilities like this one, the staff don't only take care of the residents, they take care of the families as well.
