I lived on the third floor in the awesome two bedroom apartment in the corner. When I moved in, it so clean and spacious and full of light. My apartment had everything I ever had in a house and more. Neighbors on the hall and in the elevator were all nice and seemingly care for each other. The office staff was always pleasant and very responsive and johnny on the spot When I stopped up my disposal, maintenance was there in short order and when my washing machine went out and I had a new one the next day or two. Amy and Larry were always ready to answer questions and had an open door policy and are always trying to plan fun activities for us! The didn't serve food regularly but they cold surely plan parties! I would recommend Orchard Park at Willow brook without hesitation.

Orchard Park is one of the finest Senior Independent Senior Communities in Houston. Amy and Larry are two of the best management teams I have ever had the privilege of knowing. They care about everyone here and are such encouragers. I can't image them not being here for us. The Maintenance team here is very efficient, friendly and helpful. As a resident here I feel like I am home; everyone here is like a second family to me. The grounds are well kept up and beautiful. Orchard Park has a bus that takes us to doctor's appointments Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. We also go to different grocery stores on Tuesday's and Thursdays. So many fun activities are planned throughout the year. We go to restaurants, go on day trips and have venders come to help with various subjects like Insurance, Medical Issues and many other interesting topics. Amy and Larry are responsible for the wonderful ambiance here because they care about Orchard Park and all of us who live here. We are all so blessed to have them being responsible managers for our home.

This place has many activities going on all the time, and plans outings for the residents. Condo style apts, and the property is beautiful. Nice pool and garden. Security and everyone is so nice there. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to fit in and mingle with others or just have your own privicy.
