My tour of Overture Highlands 55+ Apartment Homes was great. The people were also very nice, but I couldn't afford it. It was very clean. Both the grounds and the inside were very nice too. The units have a kitchen and a bedroom. I was looking at a 1-bedroom and it had two windows in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The tour I had at Overture Highlands 55+ Apartment Homes was wonderful. The tour guide was very informative. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the offerings of the people. If I had decided to stay in a place for the time being, I would have moved in immediately. The rooms were contemporary, a bit small, but livable. Everything was brand new. It's clean and had a lot of lights. The bathrooms were wonderful. The bedrooms were a bit small, but for one person it was more than livable. I saw a few people in the pool. There was something going on in the video room. There were a couple of people sitting on the couches conversing.

I liked everything about Overture Highlands. The roominess of the apartments was very impressive. They have a younger resident population. It's conveniently located. It's next door to a car school. Everybody there seemed to be happy. The staff members were helpful and professional. Everything looked good. I was impressed. It just has a good feeling about it.

I'm planning to move to Overture Highlands 55+ Apartment Homes. Everything was clean, beautiful, very well laid out, really furnished, very nice, and pleasant. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the amenities were very nice, has nice appliances and a nice balcony. The staff that assisted me there was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and gave me all the information I needed. The amenities are nice as far as the exercise room and swimming pool. They're giving out coffee anytime, they have specials during the holiday seasons, they have special promotions, barbecues by the pool, and they're celebrating holidays.

I didn't like Overture Highlands 55+ Apartment Homes as much as the other place I visited. I didn't like the apartments. They did have all the other amenities and they were very nice. The man who showed us around was very nice and helpful. They had game nights and a lot of socializing programs. The place was nice but it just wasn't what I wanted.

Overture Highlands is a beautiful place. It's smaller than its sister community, but it's really nice. If I could afford to live there, I would, but it's quite expensive. The person who gave me the tour was very nice, and he showed me three apartment units. The building was very modern, the rooms were a nice size, and I liked the fact that the community is in a nice area. I didn't see very many people there, but they have an exercise room, a pool, and activities are setup for the residents. A buffet breakfast is also provided for the people living there. They have activities like movie nights and so on.

The residents of Overture Highlands felt too active for us and it didnt feel right. The rooms were small, but the décor is more modern. The location is also fine. I called and made the appointment, but when I got there the woman who was supposed to give us the tour wasn't there, so somebody else showed us around. It was a nice place for other people, but I wasn't comfortable there.
