Complete Care Berkshire

I liked everything about Complete Care Berkshire, and the tour was very good. It was a very nice and clean facility. I saw a standard room with a bathroom, but it was smaller compared to the other places I've seen. The staff was very informative, very nice, and friendly.

It was awesome. They were wonderful. My mother was there for years. She was gone in 2016, but I went back over there in December, when I was searching for my mother-in-law. They had excellent staff. The rooms were nice, and they're bigger than the others. I can't say if they're as good with the activities as they used to be, but they were excellent with that. The same woman is still there, so I'm assuming they're still good. The place is not quite as big and grandiose as the other facility I visited, but it is a beautiful sight still. It's even a little cozier, a little homier, and maybe a little bit older too, but not old-fashioned. This one is just a very nice facility. Me and my children used to be a part of their activities. We'd go in with a youth group I had going on. We would have the kids come in and entertain the residents all the time, like tap dancing, singing, and all kinds of stuff. It was so much fun. They had all kinds of people in there all the time, and all kinds of things to play.

The staff there was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed at the genuine care for the residents that was displayed by all staff members we encountered in our recent experience while checking in our Aunt. The way that they interact with the residents is like they are all their own family. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved one where they would be cared for. The staff and location is absolutely amazing.

I checked it out before, and it was really nice. They showed me an apartment and a room, they were very nice, very accommodating. The person I talked to couldn't tell me a whole lot about the money and things like that. I know they could go out the balcony and smoke a cigar.
