I'm currently in Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. They're very nice. The staff is wonderful. The food is good. They have all kinds of activities daily.

This is the worst place I ever visit I came once at dinner time my uncle said to food here is terrible most days he don't eat he said to see any some of them are very very nice he told me the food is always cold there are times they don't have enough staff

My brother is at Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. The staff is pleasant and everybody's always friendly and kind. They have game nights, bingo, movie nights, and they play cards. He doesn't care much for the food though, and due to COVID restrictions, we don't meet in the room, we meet downstairs.
