I'm in Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. It's a rehab and hospice combination. I couldn't walk when I got here, but I can now. They worked with me. The outside is well kept, and the rooms are always cleaned. The food is, compared to all the ones that I've been to, not bad. You get therapy either in the morning or the afternoon, depending upon when you're scheduled. They have a lot of activities that they do for the patients. They have bingo days. They have different contest days. The staff is excellent. I told one of the directors here at one point that they should be very proud of the staff that they've got. I'm not a bingo fan, but they have different games that they play. It's very well kept. I'd give value for money a five for what they've done for me.

I wrote a better review earlier today. But I asked for my pain medicine at 410pm that I am permitted to get every six hours. I should have received it at 425pm. It is now 630 and has come in three times but the nurse is MIA. If they can not handle the work get additional help. I don't believe they discount the cost of care when they fail at their duties.

My grandmother was a resident here. All the staff are caring , and go above and beyond. It looks much better on the inside then from the street. Clean, great food, amazing activities like singing, theater, painting, music, bingo, wii, trivia, and more, There therapy dept is wonderful. The nurses are always available and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility as the best in the area !!!
