I find the staff caring. Any concerns we have were taken care of. Food is not appetizing. Location is close to grocery, coffee, restaurants. Building is old, but improvements have been made, but need more. New housekeeper is good. Lack of parking.

We placed my father with advancing Alzheimers there a few years back. After his condition had advanced, they had him transferred to a State Hospital without advising us and without passing his personal information or belongings on to the new hospital. He sat there for almost six months without his eye glasses and without anyone knowing anything about him, who to call, etc., until we called to check on his progress only to be told that he had been moved. A terrible "facility" if you care one whit about your family member and their well being.
