Dad was at Legacy Place - Twinsburg in the nursing care unit while he was doing rehab. The price of the unit was very nice. He was in a private unit, and we brought some of his furniture, and it worked out pretty well. The staff was very responsive.

I had a full knee replacement but it seems the average time of getting the medicine for pain was 45 minutes my bed pan was waiting for 20 minutes. This time around I waited an hour for my meds

Sick and tired of Mom not being changed and cleaned when she needs it. The Nursing home needs real management! Mom had to lay in a feces and urine soaked bed until I arrived at 6pm on 11-17-1017, and this is not the first time this has happened. I will be calling the state..........................AGAIN!!!!

Legacy Place - Twinsburg was really nice. First thing I noticed was that it smelled good. It was sparkling clean, and that impressed me. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly, and very courteous. I went to breakfast, Bingo, lunch, and Bingo. The dining area was nice, and clean. They did everything in a sanitary way.

When I first placed my supposedly terminally ill father here, I thought it was the greatest place. Little did I know that once he recovered and regained his full mental if not physical capacity he would be treated so poorly. I will not include all details here, but suffice it to say that after nearly 3 years at Legacy Place my father has been subjected to multiple violations of the Nursing Home Bill or Rights violations which prompted me to file a formal complaint against the facility with the ODH. After being investigated and multiple violations discovered at Legacy Place, my father is being essentially kicked out. A coincidence? I think not. I cannot stress strongly enough that this facility is not the place for anyone who is willing to speak their mind and try to improve living conditions for residents. The management prefers their residents to be mindless zombies.

My mom was at Legacy Place & was given excellent care. The staff was always so friendly & mom loved the friends she made there.
