My brother is living currently at Lakeside Manor Home for Adults. It is a good adult home concerning the services that they provide and their professionalism. It is not a five-star luxury hotel, but for what they provide, they do a good job. Its location is fantastic because it's right near Silver Lake Pond and there are a lot of walkable areas and shops close by, so the residents don't need a car. They can get to a lot of different places. I would rate it highly. The care is generally very good. He shares a bedroom with a roommate and they each have a separate bed that's not attached to each other. There are local programs that they can do, plus they have some local activities. The onsite activities are not extensive and that would be a less positive aspect of Lakeside, but it's in an area where there's probably a lot of activity locally that the residents can take advantage of. They have some common spaces. They don't have an exercise facility onsite.
