My mother is in St. Agnes Home. It's a smaller place, it's a Catholic-based facility and it's all assisted living. The staff is caring, they're phenomenal, so very attentive, and the medical care has been superior. They have a gym facility on-site, there's a chapel there, so there are religious services. The setting is nice, with walking paths and beautiful grounds. There's a beauty parlor on-site, which my mom likes. The food wasn't phenomenal, but it was good. I think they could improve on having more of the social side, some more social activities, but I think some of that's COVID-dependent. The cleanliness is superior, it's spotless.

My parents are in an apartment at St Agnes Home. It is clean and the right size for them. It has a bedroom and a living room, and it suits their needs. The staff has been very good. They're very satisfied, and everything has been excellent.

I visited St. Agnes Home. The staff seemed competent and caring. The apartments were very nice, very clean, and roomy. I had seen their dining area. It was well decorated and sophisticated. They had a full range of activities. The organization that ran it seemed to be caring and very happy. The placed seemed secure enough.
