My mom is a resident here and I am very pleased with the care she receives by staff. The facility is clean and the meals are very good. My mom has made friends and enjoys the activities very much. She’s 92 years old and I’m thrilled that she can visit with others. If we can Just get through Covid! Thank you all for everything you do for the resident! You’re the best!!

Autumn View Gardens - Ellisville was very nice. Someone had moved out of one of their rooms, and they were getting it ready for another person to come in. And so it was clean and very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very personable, very informative, and very nice. She gave me the tour with no hesitation. The dining area looked nice. It had tables and chairs. They had some different things on the tables for decoration. The staff showed me that they have activities like crafts and things like that in another area. The staff was great. She was very personable.

My mother will be moving into Autumn View Gardens - Ellisville. It is in a different league. The people that are there, you can see life in their eyes. They're engaged. They're not just a beating heart and a mouth to feed. They had a luau and they made tie-dyed shirts. They had an Elvis impersonator. They bake cookies for the support dogs that come in. It's like a mother hen and her little chicks, the way they bring them all together at mealtimes in one place. They don't let them eat in their rooms alone. They have this giant front porch with chairs and swings. It's covered and it is just delightful. The staff members are happy to be there. They love their jobs. One other thing I really like about this one is that it's all-inclusive. They don't nickel and dime you for everything. There are no surprise charges. It feels like sunshine. It feels so good. They have welcoming parties when people come and move in. I can't wait for her to get there.

Autumn View Gardens-Ellisville was what I would call a cozy community. The people were out and moving about throughout the halls, chattering, and seemed very, very much like a close-knit community. The rooms were fine. I think it would have been adequate for mom's needs. The lady there was very good for the tour. The dining area looked nice.

My mom had heard about Autumn View Gardens - Ellisville in her independent living facility and some people that she lived with, in their independent community elsewhere had chosen it as an assisted living community, so that's where she's going too. Also, it's close and she wanted to stay within her realm of doctors. It had a lot of greenery around it, and she liked that part. The rooms are beautiful. They are somewhat smaller, but it's definitely enough and sometimes it's better to go smaller when seniors are not as mobile. It was lovely and they all had windows that looked upon some element of the green around there. So, that's nice. My mom was able to try the food and she said it was very good. The dining room's beautiful because it's all windows, like a floor-to-ceiling kind of window, which was so pretty. They have exercises and different activities that take them out to different places at times, and other activity programs. I saw the activity room, which was also beautiful and had windows all around. The person who gave the tour was great and my mother was very happy and satisfied with what she was going to receive and what her room was going to be like.

I liked Autumn View Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. They have what I was looking for in assisted living for my brother. They have the multiple bedroom shared apartments, where each person has a separate bedroom, but they share the kitchen and the bathroom. I think that it provides for a cheaper solution. They have some very nice open shared areas for the community residents. It is very nice. The staff is very knowledgeable, very welcoming, and very good.

Autumn View Gardens evaluated my mother to see what she really needed. Part of their admissions policy is they would have a meeting and evaluate her to see where she would belong. I remember them telling me that their memory care unit was new and they still had two openings. We were looking at the memory care unit there as well. It was the best of the four that we visited. I like the staff. I like the layout of the place. It was small and fairly new. The activities were terrific. They would take them on field trips and things like that. The downside was they don't have any Medicaid beds; it's all self-pay. The staff was friendly and informative, and they followed up with me.

We were very pleased with Autumn View Gardens - Ellisville. If it was assisted living that my aunt wanted that's where we would have gone. The staff was very informative, very friendly, and answered all of our questions. It was very clean, and I liked the view when we walked outside. I also remembered that it seemed spacious and welcoming. There was a group playing a game.

Autumn View Gardens Assisted Living was very nice and clean. It's a little too far and high for me. I have a very nice impression of the place. The staff I met was very friendly. The apartment I saw was pretty small.

Autumn View Gardens Assisted Living, Ellisville was absolutely lovely, and if I could afford it, I would go in a minute. What they offered me for my income would have been to share a room with someone else, and that, in my estimation, would never have worked because I have a dog. They are wonderful people. The dining room was beautiful, and the menu sounded really good. The activity calendar seemed great.

Autumn View Gardens is an excellent facility. The halls are very big. It's very updated. My mother's room is one large room, and it's sort of divided into a living room and a bedroom. With assisted living, she gets all of her meals there. The staff is all long-term and they're very friendly. It's easy to move about the facility. They have numerous activities going on each day. She's been to tours outside on the bus. There's no better food around. What they have there is outstanding.

My father is in Autumn View Gardens – Ellisville. I like it, and they're doing great with him. He feels like he's trapped, but he needs to be trapped because he's a wanderer. I know he's excited to eat. His room is clean and good. He's only been there about a month, and so far I don't have any complaints. The staff is really good. I had my hip replaced this summer, so I wasn't able to get there, but I talked to the staff on the phone a lot and they were very helpful. I went once just about a week ago. He has a little balcony and a bedroom. He's fine. He has not complained about the food. The staff has been really helpful. They know who I am even when I don't say that I'm my dad's daughter from talking on the phone.

My husband went to Autumn View Gardens the third week of June, and it's been excellent. He is in what's known as a companion suite. It's a shared bathroom with a little entryway, and then each member has their own separate apartments that were very nice. He even has his own private deck off of the bedroom. They have lots of activities. They have arts and crafts and movie nights, and he is taking physical therapy. He can stay as busy as he wants to or as lazy as he chooses. They take them on field trips and to the store once a week. They have an excellent dining room, and they can pick what they want to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have two entrees for every meal, and if they don't want one of the entrees, they can choose items off of the menu. I like that they are managing his diet and his medications.

I also visited Autumn View Gardens. The staff was caring. It was very nice. They offered a lot of activities there; I don't remember all of them, but they do different craft things. They went to balls games and nature drives. They also do music like playing the piano. The residents seemed happy.

The rooms were a little smaller, still fairly good sized, and a little darker. The flooring was darker. The dining room was very nice. They were redoing it while we were there. We had lunch at Autumn View, and it was very good. The friendliness of the staff was outstanding, and the brightness of the dining area was good.

My mother has been in Autumn View for a couple of years now. They do activities, but I don't know what they are. It is very clean, and it has a homey feeling. I like all of the staff. They do well. If they were not OK, I would not put my mother in there. Everybody has their likes and dislikes, but she seems to do quite well. Her room is fine, and it is just right for her. I am satisfied with it. I think they have been helpful, understanding, and caring with her.
