Our family member was completely neglected at this place. They would press the nurse button for help, someone would come to the room so they could document they 'responded', they'd say they'd be right back and never show up. The front desk RARELY answered the phone and when they did, you were an inconvenience to them. They were continually losing our loved ones clothing and their empathy for how difficult this was for both our family AND our loved one in the facility was non-existent. We had to make several calls to the MN Department of Health and finally got our loved one out of here as quickly as we could. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My dad's stay was depressing and staff treated us, and my dad, as though we were an inconvenience. They are so understaffed that pushing the call/help light is almost worthless. Many other families were out in hallways like us looking for help. They seemed understaffed so too busy to work and communicate with families. It was depressing.

Our mom was just at Covenant Living Care and Rehab. She received great care and rehab from this facility. She had nice interactions with the staff. She had a nice size room and it was clean. The facility did not smell. She liked the meals. The therapy department provide the therapy to reach her goal of being able to go back to her independent apartment. I would recommend this place. Another reason she had a nice experience is something I have learned from my mom. She again showed this to me as she interacted with staff at the hospital and this care facility. She interacts with staff and others in a kind and sweet manner. The staff at both places were so appreciative of her and my interactions. This has been a great lesson for me and others.

Disgusting, dirty, disorganized and rude staff. These people are lucky I can’t post a picture of the moldy filthy bathroom, but check out room 135. My picture couldn’t let you in on the moldy smell and once you see the bathtub, the smell wiould make sense. The front desk staff where you check in is so disorganized, disorganized needs a new word. Many of the nurse aids have language barriers, making it difficult to understand. The nursing care is far below par, my Father’s care was neglect. A day of what we saw prompted us to take my Dad out after out immediately. I felt bad I put my Dad in a place like this for rehab.

We really liked it when dad was in here. But the cost is a little more, so that swayed us a little. The other thing that swayed us is my dad has money now, but he may not have it in a couple of years. It's a nursing home. It's not a new building, but they try to keep things out of the way, so it doesn't look like a rehab hospital. They were absolutely fabulous for being a nursing home. They're very caring, very thoughtful, and very accommodating. Their people were caring.

This spring of 2011 I was at this facility 8-10 times when my parents-in-law were each successively recuperating there. The staff was very caring, friendly, and patient; the facility was spotlessly clean and smelled great; plentiful and tasteful artwork dressed up the facility beautifully. Dining areas were laid out and decorated to look not at all like the typical cafeteria-style room. Both of my parents-in-law were full of praise for both nursing staff and physical therapy
