We are a private residential care facility that specializes with elder care and those persons experiencing traumatic brain injuries, physical handicaps and more. We pride ourselves in offering state-of-the-art and personalized care for each individual in our facility. Harmony Hearts Village is dedicated to helping families provide the care their loved ones need in a traditional home setting.
Things we offer, care coordinator, medication management, PCP & Nursing available (outsourcing services to medical professionals). Advanced directives and end-of-life care team. Comprehensive health assessments, and home safety evaluation. We also provide 3 home cooked meals a day, including Heart Healthy meals, Diabetic healthy meals. We have daily activities, and community outings.
