The room my mother has is very nice. It is very cheery. Food is good from what I see which typically is at lunch time. Could use some more serving help. Overall I have been very pleased with the staff. All are cordial & do a great job.

The rooms at StoryPoint Brighton are adequate, very clean, and maintained by the staff. The care is as necessary plus anything that they feel that you might need or certainly anything you might request in addition to the regular services. The dining facility is wonderful, and the meals are all chef-oriented, which are very good. The portions are proper and the delivery or the service is also very, very, good. The activities department is above and beyond. The activities are very appropriate and also include everyone who might very well want to be included in activities such as Wii, bowling or art classes, bingo and cards. The activities are very adequate and certainly able to keep us busy throughout the day. The management staff is very receptive and ready and willing to do whatever needs to be done in addition to their regular service that they provide to this wonderful community. Everything here is very, very good. The medical people are very good as well. Whatever you may need medically or maintaining the medicines and distributing of all of those is excellent. We're very, really pleased with it. My apartment is quite large. It's one of the larger apartments in this facility is very bright, and has two windows, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The walk-in closet is adequate for storage as well as for taking care of the clothes that you need to hang there. I'm not real happy with the Direct TV. It's very difficult to change channels. The kitchen is adequate with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. It's a very pleasant apartment. It's really light and I enjoy spending much time here at home. The other facilities are not anywhere near as comfortable and as friendly for the residents. StoryPoint is actively considering the residents as being the most important part of what they do.
