My sister was there Jan 2023 for rehabilitation in the newer section which is nice. Carlos in the Business Office was excellent in helping us. Great service! Ashley, the nurse, is a true nurse with wisdom and great care skills. Tim in maintenance greeted us and showed us around and kept room clean. Our many thanks to Laurels maintenance, staff, nurses, cooks, therapists, doctor and others for taking care of our sister.

My husband is in The Laurels of Bedford. It's hard because you cannot get in there on a daily basis to see how my husband is doing. I've run into 2 individuals that are very rude, condescending, they like to tell you off, which was puzzling to me especially because of the money that they charge, and I didn't think it was necessary, maybe they're overwork or something, I have no idea. Many of them were very nice. I think they should be calling family when there's a concern like this, when their loved one is sick or could be sick. I think it's nice, I've seen through the window, and at the front door, it looks very nice. He is doing therapy. It's expensive, also.
