The Chelsea Village is really a lovely place if you are unable to take of yourself. It's a very clean, safe and secure building. It's nice and warm, very spacious and well-lit. It's very well-maintained. They change out things regularly, like the carpeting. They do safety checks constantly. If you had any issues with anything going wrong in the apartment they address them immediately. If something's wrong with one of your appliances they replace it immediately. On a scale 1-5, I'd give it 10, it's that good!
