As you know, my father spent his last days here on earth in your beautiful facility. I want you to understand that my family and I are thankful for the loving and professional care you provided him. Regardless to the time of my visits, he was always clean, well fed, actively involved with some type of physical or mental activity or actively involved with staff members viewing one of his favorite musical or game shows on television. In addition, the extra time you took to celebrate his birthday, take him to visit his family or friends or to welcome their visits to see him were greatly appreciated. I visited other assisted living facilities before placing him with you and I never regretted that decision for he could not have received better care given in such a loving and professional way. Thank you again for personalizing his care to his interests and needs.

My mother lived at The Royals for two years until she died in January of this year. I was amazed by how clean and beautiful it was. She was always treated like family and very happy there. The director, Tamara Layne is totally professional and caring. She always spoke to my mother and loved her. Her mother, Flo did all the cooking and some of the caregiving as well. The other caregivers were all superb and my mother was comfortable and very happy. She loved the food and was always well attended to. I was so thrilled that she spent the last two years of her life in such a lovely, warm environment.
