Young At Heart II was nice, clean, and up-to-date inside, but the staff was terrible. I couldn't understand a word they said. They acted like they didn't care and they spoke in a different accent. They were from another country, so their English was not good at all. The care there was terrible. They let anybody give away meds, it was not a regular caregiver. There was no hot water, and it took a long time for it to heat up. The food they served was not the menu that was provided by the state. It was pretty much a menu from their country. When my uncle was there, the resident doctor would not see him. He sat there for weeks with bedsores, in pain, didn't get his medication, and he didn't get fed right. I wouldn't recommend any elders to go there.
