"Heart Homes was small, and it felt comfortable. It was warm and homey. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had activities. They were playing bingo, and they watch TV. The bedrooms were fine and a decent size. They were clean and had their own bathroom. The dining room was the right size. "

I love the meals that they prepare. Jasmine, the owner, was very forthcoming in helping me and facilitating the discharge of my aunt from the hospital to her house. They keep me informed, like updates about her. Her room is very clean. The beds are good and sturdy. She has a private bathroom in her room and plenty of closet space. Her door has a number so she wouldn't get confused and walk into the wrong bedroom."

"It was nice. We were able to see the seniors at lunch, and they were looking lively and enjoying themselves. We saw the media room and they have a little workout section. I saw one of the apartments and it was a nice living space. They have like a little kitchenette, a refrigerator, a sink, and maybe a microwave. There's no heavy-duty cooking in their apartments. The host was very nice, gracious, and very helpful. They had a courtyard."

"I visited Ideal Comfort Assisted Living and toured for assisted living. It's not a good facility. I would never take my father there. The rooms are too small, and there's no privacy. It's not set up for level 3 care, so my father wouldn't have 24-hour coverage. It's not handicap accessible, and the neighborhood is not that great as well, so it just wouldn't be a good fit for him. The person who gave the tour was nice enough. That wasn't the issue; the person was okay. The only suggestion I will make is that I think they need to break down the number of people who are in there, I think they need more privacy and more staff. I think they are understaffed if they're going to offer level 3 care."

"Hello this facility is phenomenal it’s clean well decorated it has so much space and allows you to ask for cook to order meals. The food is home cooked daily the owner and staff can cook.This is a Christian base facility. This facility is very personable the treat you with respect. About That Life make sure you are well groomed and make sure you gain all the necessary weight by feeding you good meals. Every resident and Family love the staff especially the owner Mrs.C she goes above and beyond. I have never seen the owner cook,clean and work just as hard as staff Ms.C does. Thank you so much for being that loving facility for my family and my love ones."

"Taylor and Jackie Assisted Living was a little small, but everything looked nice. It was the first time I've been in assisted living, so I didn't have anything else to compare it against. The staff was very friendly. She took the time to explain everything they did and gave us an opportunity to go upstairs and check the rooms. It was nice and clean. I didn't see anything wrong with it. It's a good location. It's near Sinai, and if you had to go to Northwest, it still wouldn't be too far away."

"I toured Springhouse of Pikesville. It was really nice. Everything was clean. The staff there helped me a lot. They answered all my questions. The units that I saw were nice and spacious. They were nice rooms. They showed me where my relative could get his haircut, and if he was on insulin or something like that they could give him his medication, and they showed me that too, so that was very nice. It was a really nice place. They had a lot of accessibility for people who were using canes or wheelchairs, and I liked that."

"I went to Mabel's House Assisted Living. I like the way it was set up. They had a private room where you share. It was more home-like. It's very clean. They had enough people there to assist the seniors. I liked it a lot. It was very nice. The staff was excellent. The facility was excellent. It was clean. It was nice and cool. It had a bar and a kitchen, like the island. It had enough bathrooms for everyone. It was a house. I was surprised. They had one person do the washing and cleaning. They had enough employees.
