So far, our experience living in River Point Apartments has been good. All the staffs are very responsive to any questions that we have. The facility itself is beautiful and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment is not as big as our house, but it's adequate for our needs, and the staff has been very responsive. They have various places within the complex itself in terms of amenities. There's a calendar that comes at the beginning of every month that lists the various activities that are available for the residents to take advantage of. We have a dog and she was accepted. And they have an area for the dogs to go in and take care of themselves, as long as the residents pick up after the dogs, which everybody does. The facilities are spotless, this place is not that old, it's fairly new. And our apartment looks like it's completely been done over with new carpets, new paint, new kitchen, and bathroom cabinets and counters, and the appliances are new. But other than having a larger apartment, and this is about the largest they offer, we've got no complaints at all. So far, so good.

River Point Apartments was clean and I liked it. I liked the environment, but it's a little farther out than I want it to be. The staff during the tour was very nice and very cordial. The apartments were adequate. I just want to have my own place and be clean and it is accessible to my doctors and it met that; it was just further out than I need to be. The atmosphere was good. The environment was friendly. The people were friendly. It did not smell like a senior citizen complex. They did community exercise. They had a little community room. It was accessible to Metro Access and stuff like that.

My mother has moved into River Point Apartments. They have something going on every day for the people there. It's very nice and very spacious. It's a pretty big place. They have activities, bingo, and other games that they like to do. They have social activities and worship services. The grounds are very pretty and kept well. The rooms are spacious and very nice. On every floor, there are big spacious areas for people to congregate and just sit around and talk, like living rooms. I only got a chance to meet one staff and that was the lady who helped my mother to move in, and she's very nice and very busy. She has Meals on Wheels to bring her meals to her room, and she can do some cooking also in her kitchen. She hasn't had a chance to eat with the residents yet.

I toured River Point apartments. It was perfect. I think it's set up real nicely, it's all independent living, washer and dryer in the unit, activities on site, and transportation available. The people are real friendly.

River Point Apartments was very nice. Everything about the place was nice and the room I saw was adequate. It's in a wooded setting, it was very tranquil and welcoming. It was also pet friendly and everybody seemed happy. In terms of activities, everything is closed right now because of the virus.

We visited River Point Apartments. When we pulled in there was a front desk, but no one was there. We met two ladies and were informed that the person that does the regular tour wasnt there on Saturdays. The two ladies who were residents gave us a rundown on what was going on. These were just independent apartments because they don't have assisted living. They do not have meals, but they have kitchens in the apartments. These two ladies were in the meeting area and they told us they have parties and lunches there on special occasions. What we saw was clean, they said they just got new management, and they were happy. They also said that they had been living there for a long time. However, as soon as they said they didnt do meals, we were not interested anymore. They have bingo regularly and they dance and do crafts.

We moved in in May 2018 and have been totally delighted with the level of service by staff and the condition of the building, grounds and amenities. The laundry is big and bright with new equipment. The social activities include a movie theater, bingo, and many other things to do. They even have a guest suite for overnight visiting.

I like everything about River Point Apartments, including how everybody is 62 and over and they have all the activities you can do. They have a library, an exercise room, crafts, and a movie theater. It is just very nice. We have been there a few times. The people have been so friendly, and we are looking forward to moving in there. We love it. It's perfect for us.

I visited River Point Apartments for my mother-in-law. They have their own individual apartment and it was beautiful. They have two bedrooms. They have everything there plus almost all the rooms have emergency cord in case someone fell. Their units are handicap accessible. The place is economical. I wouldn't mind living in there. They have a path that the residents can walk around. It's convenient to shopping centers and restaurant. They have beauty salon. They actually have a computer room where somebody comes in and teaches older people how to work the computer. It was really nice.

River Point apartments is an attractive and well-maintained retirement community and assisted-living facility. Although it is not directly located on any body of water, its spacious floor plans create a colonial type feel. Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs, and bathrooms are fitted with special attachments to ensure safety. There are a variety of things for residents to do at River Point. Karaoke is a big hit on Monday nights. There is also a movie theater where residents can watch relatively current films. A nail tech and hairdresser is available on site several times a week.
