"Sky Active Regency Residence looks quite adequate. And it seems to have everything I'm looking for. People seem great. The staff who gave the tour was sincere and knowledgeable. The rooms looked very nice and very accommodating to me. And from what I saw, the place was absolutely clean."

"From our first interaction to our last this has been an eye opener to the needs and minds of seniors . Mom was diagnosed with early stage dementia and the care staff and nurse re assured us always that this process of losing their independence takes time and patience and that’s what the staff have patience. I watch them get beat down but if it was easy most families would keep their loved ones home but it’s not. They have updated rooms and it doesn’t feel like a nursing home."

"The area of Tampa Gardens Senior Living was very well-kept. The young lady at the front desk greeted us with open arms as if we were family. They escorted us to different activities they have, whether it was bingo night or movies. The young lady gave us so much literature and information to take home. They showed us around the memory care facility, which was very well-kept and secure. My dad is a wanderer and likes to walk around, but we felt very secure that he wouldn't be in any danger or anything like that. The staffing was amazing. The place was immaculate. They have menus and so many activities that would keep my dad occupied and very busy. We even spoke to one of the nurses there who takes care of these patients with these needs. She was very, very helpful. She speaks multiple languages, which is fantastic, not only English, but she also speaks Spanish. Someone else spoke Filipino, which is fantastic. Somebody else spoke Hindi, who is very well-balanced. We saw the menu, which had a large variety. They had vegan choices and choices for special diets and special needs. It was a very nice menu that we saw. The dining area was very clean and organized."

"It is a very big community. They have several floors. It is the best one I've visited. It's very clean and very well structured. The staff was very nice and seemed to be concerned about our situation. However, in the end, they couldn't help us because of my brother's criminal record in the past. The dining area was set up like a hotel. The private room was nice and roomy, and it had a bathroom. The residents all seemed happy and engaged in whatever activity they were doing."

"My parents are here. The staff is very attentive. All of their departments are very complete. They have doctors, professional nurses, and attendants. The building and grounds are spectacular. It has a swimming pool, putting green, three restaurant types, a 250-seat theater, Symphony Orchestra that practices there Friday evenings occasionally, many different venues, libraries, game rooms, and a large gymnasium. They have a full-time chef for three meals a day. The rooms that we acquired were large, spacious, and included a full kitchen. It's an assisted living facility. They're escorted to meals by a wheelchair. I've had three encounters there with food and it was all very nice. They have numerous activities."

"The one lady that was working at Elevated Estates of Spring Hill was new at the time so she didn't have as much knowledge as we were asking questions. The facility was clean. On the outside, they were doing some work on the landscaping at the time. Their setup was more like you share rooms with people and my friend wasn't looking for that."

"My mother-in-law will move into Family Extended Care of Spring Hill. It's a small assisted living, and we liked the atmosphere when we walked in. The staff was very friendly and nice. We saw the food, and it smelled good. It's an older facility, but everything was clean. We went in there, and they were playing bingo. They were all having a good time."

"My Mom is a resident of this facility. I am so happy that my Mom is here and not at any other facility. They truly care about the residents here. I am very anxious about not seeing my Mom because of this virus, but I know she is in good hands. Ms. Diane and Mr. Bill have been so helpful with getting my phone calls to the nurse so I can check on Mom. Also so I can talk with her. It might take some time but I know I am not the only one who is calling to check on my family. Mr. Webster and Ms. Rebecca are on top of things here in this facility. I appreciate all the nurses and the cna's who are giving the best care to my mom and all the other residents who are in the facility. These healthcare workers from administration down to maintenance and everyone in between who put their lives on the line to take care of my family are heroes. They are trying to keep our loved ones safe and at the same time making sure they are safe so they can continue to take care of our family and keep their family safe too. I hope that your company can really show them you appreciate them after this is all said and done. They all deserve it. "

"It has been a wonderful experience at Heritage Pines. The maintenance of the community was A+. We like the activities. We have tennis and picket ball. We have a craft room, a card room, and we have bingo going on. We also have a pool and water aerobics. I like the clubhouse, and I also like the camaraderie around with our neighbors. Overall, it's an excellent community to live in. "

"I'm considering Banyan Senior Apartments. It is an independent living facility. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. They do have some activities that you can join if you want to, e.g., they have bingo and they have trips. They also offer transportation to stores. They also have a pool as part of this facility. "

"Oak Grove ALF is a small place, and so it's not overwhelming. The people were very nice, helpful, and seemed concerned about their residents and I liked where it was located. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The only drawback right now is they've only got one bathroom for seven people because one of them is under renovation, but everybody just seems to get along well."

"I am a resident of Journet Place. They have activities for the residents like bingo and pool exercises now that the weather is getting warm. Insurance companies also come in here. They don't provide any meals, but the staff that I met were very good."

"The Hacienda Village is for people who are 55 and older. You can either buy or rent the trailer or pre-fab home. The one that I am living in is very good. They have all kinds of things going on here like music, fun, and stuff like that. For every holiday or whatever it is, they have parties. Everybody cleans their own place. Management is fine; everything is OK. They do keep up the property and everything. "
