"I looked at Regency Residence. I visited it virtually and in person. I like what I saw. It was really nice. They were very friendly. They gave me a nice tour. The apartments were like 750-square feet, which was sufficient. Of course I would have to downsize quite a bit because I'm in 1400 square feet right now. However, I'm not ready until the end of next year. They showed me the grounds, the pool and all the facilities. It was a good tour. The staff was great. It was a nice facility."

"My mother currently resides at The Edwinola. Changes have been made since the post I see here. The facility is under new ownership and they have determined to correct all the problems that once were evident. The food has become very good (Mom is an extremely picky eater and she loves it). They have several activities available each day and even take the residents our on excursions. The room have been updated and insect problems resolved. The staff are very helpful and make sure that there is someone around at all times. It's a shame that no one else has posted the improvements here so that others know how much this facility has improved. "

"What I like the most of amilcat care , was the family atmosphere, the fact that there are 5 residents , and they eat around a kitchen / dining table. The place is clean . It’s not a facility to me it’s a “home “the staff very nice and helpful without Mrs yvrose I don’t know what I will do thanks very much for everything "

"Tampa Gardens Senior Living was very nice. The room and the layout were very nice, too. The director was very upbeat and very engaging. She loved her work, which is excellent. She knew all the residents' names that we met as we went on the tour. It was just very nice. The menus looked very good. The hallways were just very muted. There's no life in the color, but the entranceway and all that was very nice. The people were very engaging. Everybody looked happy and that's important. There was some life there because when someone's going into someplace like that, you don't want everybody to look half dead. I would have chosen that had the other facility not come up with a studio. The director was wonderful. She was very, very nice."

"I liked everything here. It had everything that we wanted. The food was good, the room was good, and the price was right. They had movies and even Broadway shows."

"My father has moved into Elevated Estates of Spring Hill. What I like best about the place is the location. It's in a location that's quieter than most areas. It's off of the main road, and a lot of trees give a little bit of acoustic quiet, so it does help. It does need some work as far as the grounds. There are some issues with the grounds itself, but overall it's pretty good. I've seen the activities list and they have a varied list of bingo and game night and a couple of other things. The staff is caring, friendly, active, and involved. I saw no amenities. They are allowed to go to another facility less than 200 yards away, but I didn't get a chance to go over there. They have an outdoor gazebo that's weathered and could use some upkeep."

"We have had my Father-in-law at Crown Pointe a few times for when he got out of the hospital . Its a beautiful facility and very cozy. The staff is AMAZING!! - from Hazel in housekeeping Gordon in the kitchen, Gary in maintenance, Sally in the business office, Diane in activities and all the Nursing staff especially Sandy the administrator!! they all took such good care of him!!! And he has talked about going back there if we decide to take a trip with our children and grandkids. Stop by you wont be disappointed!! you are a part of their family there not another number like at other facilities "

"My first impression of The Grande is that it's beautiful and clean. They had a sample room for us to look at but it was very nice, nicely furnished, and it would be very comfortable for my friend to live there. The staff who gave us the tour, his name was Vinnie and made us feel more comfortable than the first lady we talked to did. He was more helpful with information. The dining area is nice, the tables all had nice table cloths and flowers, it was comfortable. My friend is looking forward to doing bingo and other activities there and traveling."

"It has been a wonderful experience at Heritage Pines. The maintenance of the community was A+. We like the activities. We have tennis and picket ball. We have a craft room, a card room, and we have bingo going on. We also have a pool and water aerobics. I like the clubhouse, and I also like the camaraderie around with our neighbors. Overall, it's an excellent community to live in. "

"Oak Grove ALF is a small place, and so it's not overwhelming. The people were very nice, helpful, and seemed concerned about their residents and I liked where it was located. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The only drawback right now is they've only got one bathroom for seven people because one of them is under renovation, but everybody just seems to get along well."

"Banyan Senior Apartments is like a resort. It's a place for 55 and older seniors. I am able to live with my mom there because I'm her caregiver. It got all the amenities of a resort and it is close to our family. We're in a two bedroom one bath apartment with full amenities and it is very roomy. The price is only $699 and we only pay the electricity. We have washer/dryer hook up. We also have refrigerator, stove, oven, and a dishwasher. The facility has a movie theater, a library, a beauty salon, salt water swimming, and it's right on the main highway. It's near shopping malls and entertainment. It is also close to the beach where there's a lot of sun. The facility is just four years old so it's brand new. "

"I love it here, but I have only been here for a few days. Journet Place is a beautiful apartment. The manager is super nice lady. She would go out of her way to help you. The people that I've met so far are really nice. "

"The Hacienda Village is for people who are 55 and older. You can either buy or rent the trailer or pre-fab home. The one that I am living in is very good. They have all kinds of things going on here like music, fun, and stuff like that. For every holiday or whatever it is, they have parties. Everybody cleans their own place. Management is fine; everything is OK. They do keep up the property and everything. "

"This facility is a ten out of ten.My mother has been facility to facility and finally I found a place she can call home.Summit at new port richey have the largest rooms I've seen.Great food and the staff is amazing, always wanting to help and provide wonderful care to my mother "
