Don't rent here as they raise rents with a thirty day notice. The one for this July went up $94 (2 bedroom) and $78 (1 bedroom). Have bed bug problems, hallways are hardly ever cleaned and vacuumed, tenants steal packages left outside apartment doors, hallways have no air conditioning except first floor when you first walk in, and one tenant has been waiting over a month for a new water heater so she has to shower with cold water. New owners only care about lining their pockets and not the tenant anymore.

I am a resident of Journet Place. They have activities for the residents like bingo and pool exercises now that the weather is getting warm. Insurance companies also come in here. They don't provide any meals, but the staff that I met were very good.

Journet Place was fairly new two-story building when we went to look at it. It was also a very clean facility. The staff was very nice. Their rooms were of comfortable space. They even have a small theater room inside the facility. Outside, the grounds were very nice. The pool area there was twice the size than the one we have here at another facility. They also have a little pond behind the building with a screened-in porch so residents can sit out and relax overlooking this little pond. It did have a nice effect. They also have large screened-in balconies and screened-in porches for their residents.

I love it here, but I have only been here for a few days. Journet Place is a beautiful apartment. The manager is super nice lady. She would go out of her way to help you. The people that I've met so far are really nice.
