My aunt and uncle moved into Brookdale New Port Richey. We chose it because I found out that they had toured the facility themselves about 8 years ago, so they knew some people who were staying there. The sales director and the executive director were very helpful. They took me on a tour and explained everything. They made sure I got a bigger room. They walked me through the process with the Patriots. They took their time, and they were very knowledgeable. They have a beauty parlor and a physical therapy room. They do a lot of activities. They even take them out, like on little group bus tours, if they choose to go. They have a dining room there. They have happy hours and all that kind of stuff. So far, it's so good. It's not the shiniest penny in your pocket. It could use a little esthetic, maybe a new paint, or spruce up the garden. It's not the prettiest place, but in other areas, I think it's pretty good.

I moved to Brookdale New Port Richey. It's been very good. I'm only partly moved and I'm waiting for furniture, but the people are exceptional and the food is far beyond what I expected, so I'm very happy. I've got what they call a large studio at 420 square feet, and it's more than enough room. I've got a wall separating the two different rooms. I've got a bathroom. I've got a walk-in closet. They have bus trips to the casino. They got a bus trip they call a trip to nowhere. We just went out and they've got an exercise class that I just finished. The grounds are wonderful. There's always something to have, like movies, and I'm deaf and there's a caption. I have a cochlear implant, but I'm deaf. I put a sign on my door so that they're aware of that. It's been a very good experience so far. They clean up my place. They do everything.

What we liked best about Brookdale New Port Richey was the people who entertained us and showed us the place around. As for the place itself, we're fine with it. They had a salon and a good cafeteria. They have a courtyard, too, and they have games.

Brookdale New Port Richey was the first one I went to. It seemed like a pretty big place and had a lot of little rooms. I didn't like the place at all. I wouldn't want to live there at all. The rooms were very small. They gave me a good, small piece of fish. The staff asked me a lot of questions. It was kind of terrible the way they work there and stuff.

Brookdale New Port Richey's staff would go and make sure my partner's uncle was suitable for their environment, but their staff was completely wrong. They could not handle a man in his condition and they were changing management at the time. We had a lovely girl who I talked to earlier in the year. Her name was Amy, but she was no longer there. So, there was no kind of communication between the facility and us, and they could not handle him. He wasn't capable of any kind of connection with other people. They had to sit him at a separate table when he ate (if they got him out of his room). His room was clean and empty when we got there. We had to provide the bedding and all the necessities. We saw what they gave him for food. They knew he had no teeth and I don't think the food was proper for him. They had a large room where everybody ate, and there was a TV out there, like a little sitting area. I never saw much of the staff. My uncle was in extreme condition. As anybody today is having a hard time paying for stuff, it was a lot of money for his care. It was almost triple his income.

I toured Brookdale New Port Richey. The people are very friendly. I got a thorough walkthrough. I had many options to pick as far as the rooms. They have a breakdown of everything they provide as far as amenities and care. And it's a nice place, it's big. They have villas, apartments, large studios, and small studios like a one-bedroom apartment. They've got options along with screen rooms and patios. They have exercise classes. They have arts and crafts. They can sign off and go off-site if they want on whether their own car or a bus. They take them out like there's the beach, the stores, restaurants, shopping stuff like grocery stores. They offer three meals a day and then snacks for 24 hours. The facility is a good size, but it's manageable to get around.

Rooms were a nice size. The price was in our budget. I liked the outdoor feeling. Seems homey. I know my dad would be happy at Brookdale New Port Richey.

Brookdale New Port Richey seemed very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. It seemed clean. It looked well taken care of and maintained. I was kind of surprised by the courtyard they had there. I didn't realize it looking through the road. The only thing I was concerned about was the selection of possibility of rooms. One room seemed to be too much for one person. The other alternative seemed to be too small. The rooms I got to see weren't as varied as I thought they could be. The person during the tour was nice, very attentive, and cooperative. She seemed knowledgeable and she gave me some information I needed about it. They have one large dining area with tables set up and spread out kind of nicely. They had another smaller dining room and it's fairly nice. It's an older facility, so it could use some updating. I didn't see anything that looked rundown, but it's been around a while. It's changed names a couple of times.

Brookdale New Port Richey was fine. People were moving around. I wouldn't say it's really small, but it's not big either. The layout was nice. I looked at a small studio. It was doable for what my mother needed. The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed very friendly. It all looked fine. Everything was clean. They're remodeling rooms. They're very much accommodating. The only problem is my mother has an ostomy, so there's going to be an issue of them accepting her. There were walkways on the outside, benches where people can sit, and there were plenty of different places to gather. The salesperson was awesome.

My mother-in-law will be moving into Brookdale New Port Richey. The place was bigger, which I didn't necessarily like, but I felt that they had more staff to accommodate my mother-in-law's needs. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. She's going to have a studio apartment. It's on the ground floor, and it's perfect. The whole place was very clean, very nice, and had no odor.

Brookdale New Port Richey was the best one that we saw for what we had expected. We liked the facility itself. It was clean and well kept. We saw a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor and we saw a large studio on the first floor. We liked the large studio a whole lot better than the one-bedroom. The only thing that we didn't like about it was the fact that it didn't have any kitchen facilities, but we could put a refrigerator and a microwave in there. The grounds were really nice. The people were very nice. We liked the fact that it wasn't so regimented as far as the dining facility was concerned. There was a two-hour interval that you could eat in.

Brookdale New Port Richey was very nice. The rooms were large. You bring your own furniture. The meal was fantastic. The people were very friendly and courteous. The whole place was very nice. It was dinnertime, but I saw a pool table and bingo hall. The room had a small kitchenette, and you can have a refrigerator and a microwave. They don't expect you to cook. They have a bus. The cleanliness was very good. I kind of thought about going there, but I don't have the money.

The staff at Brookdale New Port Richey was excellent. They gave me a very nice tour. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. To me, it looked like an older facility. I didn't like the fact that in their apartments, there wasn't even a small kitchen area, like a kitchen sink or anything like that. If somebody had dishes in the room, they were going to have to wash them in the bathroom, which I did not like. They were very nice rooms, but there was only a half-wall separation between the living area and the bedroom area. They give the residents an alert pendant. I liked that it was all on one floor. There were no stairs that a resident had to walk up or anything like that. They had a lot of activities for the residents, including bible study, which my mother likes, live music, and things like that.

I toured Brookdale New Port Richey. It's very friendly, clean, and not overly fancy, so that's how they can keep the price down, I suppose. I wasn't crazy about the lunch they served me at all. It was just too dry, you couldn't chew, so people with dentures or whatever, I can see how it could be difficult for them to eat. They did not show me any of the activity areas at all. They told me what they had available. I saw a room and the cheapest one was so small. It would be more like being in a jail cell. I was looking at a step-up that might have been OK, but it would have cost me more. The food tasted fine, but the meat was hard to eat. I only met two people, and they were very pleasant and very nice. The dining room from the doorway was a little fancier, but they really didn't take me in. I saw two of the rooms, one was smaller than the other, and they showed me what was available that wasn't occupied at the time. The dining room where I had my lunch was more like a high school cafeteria. Out in front of the building on the porch, they had kind of like a portico or whatever. They had a couple of benches to sit on. In between the buildings, they had a courtyard area, and they had benches all along the way, and that looked enjoyable and nice. Some of the rooms in one of the buildings had balconies outside their rooms, but nothing that I saw. I'm assuming they're a more expensive location.

Brookdale New Port Richey is big, and they have a lot of options on how many bedrooms and baths are needed. But it needs remodeling, and it's older. If it was remodeled and brought more up to date, it would be a nice place because it has a nice setting and it's big. The only downfall is that some of the rooms are very, very far away from the main building, the office, or the dining room. The administrative part was nice, and they were trying to be accommodating. There was nothing wrong with them; it's just the place itself was kind of rundown. The person who took me around was very good. I would give her a 5 on knowledge and friendliness.

I'm pretty happy with my apartment here at Brookdale New Port Richey. I have a studio with my own bathroom in it and an air conditioned patio that gets shared between three different residents. They gave me a dresser, a refrigerator, and a night table. We also have a common living room. I like the layout of it. The maintenance people here are actually pretty good. They just had a happy hour. Every Tuesday morning at 10:30, the residents get together to talk with the chefs and voice their complaints (if they have any). The chef is constantly tweaking the menu. Most of the time, it just doesn't happen. As far as activities, there's just not enough. As far as the living conditions here, I'm quite happy with it.

My dad's very happy at Brookdale New Port Richey. He has a private room and he likes their food. He's gained weight since he's been there, so that's good. They have a lot of activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They come in and do his laundry once a week and he likes them. He's got a lot of good people that take good care of him that he talks about all the time. For the fees you have to pay, I think he gets good care.

When I walked into Brookdale New Port Richey, everything looked nice. The dining area looked nice. The people were very nice. The lady that took me on the tour was very knowledgeable. The place was clean. The people seemed to be in pretty good shape. Then we got to the memory care unit and it turned into a dungeon. Looking at it, there's just no way I could put my wife in that position. The rest of the facility looked wonderful, but as soon as you walked into the memory care, it was like walking into a cave and the people there just looked distraught. Honestly, I walked away from the place in tears, thinking about putting my wife in that place. I didn't get into any of the rooms in the memory care. They were all closed. At the time, they had a bunch of kitchen chairs lined along the wall with people sitting shoulder-to-shoulder in these chairs. It was just a sad scene. They told me about the activities, but I didn't see any. The rest of the facility was all bright and cheery and looked nice and the dining area was good and everything. It looked like a nice place to go. I could picture myself there with my wife, enjoying maybe a beverage going up and down the halls, but when I got to that memory care unit, it was small, dingy, had gray walls, and dark. I didn't like it. The staff was nice. The whole facility looked very nice until you get to the memory care.

I went to Brookdale New Port Richey. The first thing is the parking, the parking there is ridiculous, it's very difficult to get a parking space there. So that's the first thing. They told me they were doing some renovations. They're renovating some things there, but this place would not be one of my choices. Some of the furniture looked kind of old, just the overall appearance of the place, it wasn't cheery. I talked with one of the women there who was in charge there, and she was very helpful, very informative, and very friendly. So that was fine. The problem is with my sister, I don't know what condition she's going to be in, and what tier of help she's going to need. So it's impossible to know what the monthly rate will be. And this one there at Brookdale just kept telling me that they will work with us as far as what the rate will be. I don't know what that means. I'd like to know black and white what the numbers will be, and of course, they can't tell me that because they don't know until they check her out if and when she goes there. The nurse determines what level of care she's going to need. So that's all up in the air right now.

My grandmother moved into Brookdale New Port Richey. I think it's good. It's a little dark with a lot of trees and leaves. My grandma doesn't seem to be happy anywhere, but she did say it's better than her old apartment, so that's a plus. The staff members were great. I feel bad for them to put up with my grandma, but they're really good. They did everything we asked. What I wish they would do is to have a nice little welcome package with our activity menu, food menu, a little map maybe, Wi-Fi password, and stuff like that. I've only been in the main room a couple of times, and one time they were watching some kind of a web TV thing. They had their Halloween party, and my grandma missed it. They gave her a scooter to use, which was great. I thought that was nice because she has a bad leg. She didn't know how to work the water in her shower or washer at all, and nobody showed her. She didn't have a shower for a while because she couldn't pull the knob on, and they had to change it out. Overall, I think it's a good place, and she likes it better than other ones. She had fish and chips, and it looked really good.

I went to Brookdale New Port Richey. I saw two different types of rooms. The first one is where the common room is shared by three apartments. She showed me that little room where the person would have her own apartment, but you sit outside to watch TV in a shared little section. The other one where you would share a room with another person, it was two beds and you had your own little TV, closet and that type of thing. Because of the price difference, she was giving me a couple of options. She did show me the dining room, but nobody was in there. I didn't get to do any testing or anything. The director was very, very nice, I only met her, and I didn't meet anybody else. She was very very helpful and tried to give me as much information that she could. The place is a little older, but it's very well-kept, very nice, very clean. The dining area was big, with a lot of round tables. It was one level, but they had a lot-- mom would have to walk far to the dining room.

My mom moved into Brookdale New Port Richey. My first impression was that it was very, very nice, and very calming. I loved the rooms with the vaulted ceilings. The windows are bay windows, and it's very bright, very light, nice, and spacious. The staff is very friendly. My mom enjoys painting, cooking, movies, and card games. The food is excellent. She likes it.

Brookdale New Port Richey was fine. The parts we got to see were very nice. Melissa took us on a tour, and she was very informative. My mother liked the first studio that we saw on the first floor. She didn't care for anything off the first floor. The courtyard was nice. The dining hall was nice, and that's all we got to see. We saw a first floor studio room. Then we saw a larger studio on the second floor, and that was it. We didn't get to see everything.

I toured Brookdale New Port Richey for my grandfather, but they were too pricey, and the building was outdated. The staff just seemed to not care about the residents and the building just seemed out of date. The rooms were really small and the ACs were down on the floor. I don't know how someone who has balance issues would ever change the AC. They also nickel and dime you for everything. They didn't show me any activities or amenities. They just showed me the dining room and a room. The room doesn't have a kitchen, too. If you need help with something it gets added to your monthly bill and I don't like that.

Brookdale New Port Richey seems as if there's an awful lot of extras for everything, and my friend wasn't too fond of an upstairs. They charge $50 to communicate with the hospice. If she didn't feel like coming down for a meal, it would be $11 for the day and $5 for each service unless she was sick. Amy was the one who showed me around and she was very professional, very helpful, and she appreciated my friend's concern for sticking to a budget. The thing is that with extras that might be needed add the cost up. She would have to be interviewed by the nurse and all that before we would even have a final amount as to what they would recommend her care would be. She didn't seem to want the upstairs, but the room was close to the elevator. The staff took me up and showed me a room. It wasn't the actual room, but it was a similar room to what my friend would be getting. She didn't want the upstairs probably because she can't do the stairs. If an emergency happened, they couldn't use the elevator. It was very clean. The one thing that I was impressed with was the number of nurses they have on staff. It's overseen by an RN. That to me is important for an assisted living. The dining area was pretty much like any congregate dining area. The staff was telling me about spices that they had developed through the Brookdale system. It does enhance the flavor of food that could otherwise be bland for the elderly.

The facility was really nice. We liked the big studio. We came at lunch and the meal and portion size looked good. We did ask a few tenants about the food and they said majority of the time it was good. Mom will move in next week.

I like Brookdale New Port Richey. It was good, and it would have been a second consideration, but I didn't like that it didn't have a pool, and I need that for exercise. Nevertheless, I like the staff, I like the facility, and it was all great. The people were great, and the staff was nice, too. The dining room was closed, but I saw the menu and everyone got their meals in their rooms. I couldn't see everything completely, but what I could see, it was fine.

I went to Brookdale New Port Richey. The staff is very nice and they keep the residents very busy, but it was too big and spread out, I think my parents would get lost. The staff was wonderful, they knew all the residents as well as the other staff members. The building did not appear to be in good shape as the others. They do exercises, there's quite a few activities, plus it was more expensive, more upfront fees, a lot more residents, and it didn't appear to have as many staff. They had a podiatrist there the day I was there, they had a beautician that comes in, different people come in different days. They were delivering meals at that time because of COVID, things appeared to be clean, but the layout was confusing.

Upon initial visit and move in, Brookdale of NPR seemed very nice. It took only two months to realize that we had made a huge error in judgement. My step father needed the assisted living for his progressive illness. My mother was visiting him and found out that he was cohabitating with another senior in the facility. This was allowed in Broookdale NPR. The staff is careless and limited. When covid hit, the staff became even more limited and careless. My step father was falling all the time incoherent and slept all the time. He was bruised from the falls and always sad. We were unable to visit. When we were able to visit, he was dirty, his room was dirty, he had no clean towels and some were missing. His little fridge had moldy food left in it. He was confined to a wheel chair. Keep in mind he was able to walk around when he first got there. We got him out of there. He is in a new place. He can walk again, he does not sleep all the time ,he is coherent, he is clean and very happy. What a difference. We think the staff is incompetent. Thank God we left Brookdale NPR. Keep your loved ones far away from this place.

My brother is at Brookdale New Port Richey. When you first went in, you had to be quarantined for two weeks and he's been through that. He certainly likes it, and they seem to like him. I have spoken to some of the workers and the nurses, and they say, "He's very nice, he's working on his rehab." His feet have neuropathy, so they're working on rehab to get him to walk better. He's doing well. He likes to eat, and he says the food is fantastic. I'm so happy because I was so worried about it. The staff is wonderful, very sweet and caring. I just go by with what the nurses and people I talk to there say and what he says. He seems happy. I have not had anything negative that happened yet.

Our experience with Brookdale New Port Richey has not been good. They're very slow in getting people in to help. My wife has to wait sometimes an hour or an hour and 15 minutes for someone to come and give her a hand to go to the bathroom. Their accommodations are good, although when we first looked at the place in the middle of January they had just redone the whole apartment and there were no upper kitchen cupboards. It's March now and we still do not have any upper kitchen cupboards, although they said it would only be a week or two to get them in. The facility is well maintained, and the meals are fair. Their dining area is very nice, clean, well kept, and well maintained. I would personally not recommend it. There are other places for the same price that are nicer. They're greatly understaffed.

We chose Brookdale New Port Richey for my husband because they had given me a very good price, and I wanted more of assisted living than a skilled nursing. The facility is very nice, and the room is lovely. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. If there's anything I need to ask them, they call me right back. He's very happy. He's in assisted living, but they also have the memory care unit. They administer his medications. They have one large dining area and one that's a little bit more intimate. Their food is good, and the portions are good especially for him. They have buses to the grocery stores, Wal-Mart, pharmacies, and restaurants. It's like living in a hotel.

My client stayed at Brookdale New Port Richey for just barely a week. The room she had was very tiny and nothing grand. She didn't have a shower facility in her bathroom, so she had to use a community shower that they all use, which she didn't like. She was in a locked down unit, and their dining area was very miserable. She wasn't in the main dining hall because of her dementia. They had movies, gardening, and transportation services. The staff was decent. The main part was fine, but the unit she had to be in was very depressing to me. The only thing I've seen them doing was watching a TV program about animals and discussing it, and it's overpriced.

Brookdale was very nice as soon as I walked through the door. Where the apartments are and the way it was set up reminded me Polynesia. It was very comforting. The staff was very nice, but the room was very tiny, and theres no way Ill be able to put my furniture there. They have crafts on certain days and I like that.

Brookdale New Port Richey was a big place, and they had different levels of care. The marketing person took the time to give us the tour. She showed us the apartments, the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, the outside, and the patio. The residents were playing bingo that day. The place was well taken care of. We met the nursing staff, and I saw that they can provide good care. We met some of the residents, so we had a good impression of the care that they provide. The staff was very caring, receptive, kind, and patient.

My mother was living at Brookdale New Port Richey. The place itself was quite nice. It was very warm and inviting. There were a lot of nice people there. She loved the food. The problem is because she has dementia, she would get up in the middle of the night and go to the toilet, and every time she’d do that, she’d fall, and she fell three times there. The third time, she was really injured badly. The last fall fractured her elbow and the rest of her arms, and now her arm is in a permanent sling. There were some things lacking there, but overall, the place was fairly pleasant. They had a cockroach problem there as well. It puts me off that they have a type of vermin. Other than that, the rooms were painted nicely. The landscaping was inviting. They had activities and things for the elderly to do.

I was not impressed with their facilities for the Alzheimer's unit of Brookdale. It was way, way back, so you had to walk a long way. because of the architectural layout of the facility. They had a very spacious area for outside flower beds and all, but there's nothing attractive about it. I would not put my husband there. They had a very nice sales manager, but I felt bad that that's what she had to work with. It seemed people were lounging, laying out, and sleeping in their socks, no shoes, and looked like they were just being housed. The dining area was in a large space but not set up nicely.

Visited for a relative. Staff was friendly and people were interacting all over which I didn't see other ALFs I visited. Rooms were spacious and I liked the idea of the apartment like setting, made it feel more independent for her.

I saw the assisted living of Brookdale; it was mid-century, with a high ceiling, and lots of sunlight. The studio apartments were nice, and the room had a nice yellow tone, which was a lot warmer and inviting. They had a nice dining area. They had a garden in the back that the residents worked on.

We did go to Brookdale New Port Richey. It seemed like the staff was good. But I’m not sure if my mother would have been as happy there. The look of the main hall, not actual apartments, was dated and dreary. The rooms seemed OK. The price was a little above what my mother could afford, but it did have that dreary feel about it except for the staff. They said they have bingo. They have a rec room that we went into that had puzzles and all the stuff and they had coloring and things like that.

We put my mother in Brookdale New Port Richey. It is very good. It is excellent. The room she is in is very spacious. She has a sitting area and a sleeping area separated by a wall. There is also a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. We are very pleased with what we have selected for her. The staff is very approachable. My mother likes the ladies who come to her room to help her. She is quite pleased with the staff. They’re very attentive. Also, she said that the food is good.

My mother is in Brookdale New Port Richey. That is the best place for her. She loves her room and she loves the people even though it is a huge place with lots of people. She can go to the big cafeteria or she can stay in her room. They are great and they accommodate and take care of her. They love her. The only concern is that because it is so big, but there are a lot of caretakers and they have beepers. My mom likes it there. So, we decided to keep her there. They have lots of stuff there, but she cannot participate. So, she stays in her room all day and lies in bed. Brookdale people do not feed, so my brother has to hire people to come in and feed her. They accept her and love her, and the fact that people come in and feed her, they are okay with that.

My mother has been at Brookdale New Port Richey for three weeks now and is very comfortable. It is a little rundown, but it is getting better. We chose it because we were comfortable there. They have two long gardens that are just so relaxing when you’re outside. It still needs a lot of work, but it has the youngest people there, who are interacting all of the time, which I didn’t find at the other seven places I visited. My mother likes the people there and has found groups of people to eat with. The neighbor across the hall from her is very sweet and helping her a lot. My mother’s eating habits were terrible, and now she is eating three meals a day. They have a menu that she can choose from, but if she has a thing she likes that is not on the menu, they will cook it for her.

Brookdale New Port Richey was more like a nursing home. There weren't reasonable rooms. They were smaller and they didn't have kitchens. You couldn't cook your own meals. You had to go out to the dining room and they've always had the meals for you. The staff was friendly and they would try to talk to you. They were making sure you got plenty of what you needed. They will be happy to help you with whatever you needed and take you anywhere. They just should try to make the rooms a little bit wider and bigger. For people that have wheelchairs or walkers, it's hard for them to manage to get around if you have a lot of furniture in your room.

Brookdale New Port Richey was like a motel. If you went out of the apartment, you're outside, and I didn't like it at all. I just didn't have a good feeling. The staff was friendly, and the dining area seemed adequate, but I don't think the rooms were spacious.

I did not care for Brookdale New Port Richey. It was very dirty. They also had an emergency medical situation where a person was laying on the floor for more than half an hour with an injury, and they could not get a nurse to respond. The person who gave me the tour was a nurse, and she did not help. She did not want to break up my tour. I was very turned off by it. I would not recommend the memory care unit. The rest of the facility was nice.

Since Brookdale took over Emeritus at La Casa Grande, the only positive changes I've seen are renovations. My mother's rent has been increased twice within a year. Additional charges are added with absolutely no explanation. The communication between the Wellness center and family is just about non-existent. They tell you they will do something and they don't or won't follow. through. Brookdale seems to be only interested in $$$$. Very disappointed.

Brookdale New Port Richey was a very nice community, clean, very friendly, and there were a lot of social activities. It was well located. I was impressed by it. The drawbacks were that the apartments were extremely small and that you have to travel outside to get from the apartment to the main social and dining area. My concern would be when it's cold or rainy that my grandmother constantly would have to be going from indoors to outdoors to get to the social center.

We choose Brookdale because I think it has a variety of options for living and a variety of price ranges. It has nice, flexible schedules for meals and a variety of food. They have different levels, and there are people who are kind of independent; that is what I am looking for. The staff is fabulous and very helpful. The admission person works with us. It is a very difficult move because he is hesitant. They have a lot of activities going on. They have ice cream social on Thursdays. They have trips to communities and different areas. I see people in the activities room doing craft things.

I was able to visit Brookdale New Port Richey. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. It's also well-staffed. It's very spacious, and there are a lot of outdoor places where people can walk; that is very inviting. They just have about every activity. They have movies and cards. The only thing that I found a little bit annoying was I did mention to them that my brother was HIV positive, and that was the end of that particular conversation.

We moved her there in Brookdale New Port Richey. The place is nice, and the people who work there are fantastic. They do have few issues with their food stuff, but it may just be getting used to different nutrition. They do serve some strange food. I have not tasted their food, but mom said their food is bad. Sometimes it is cold, and there are other problems. They do serve some kind of spinach and sausage soup that even their employees question. They have lots of activities, and mom stays busy all the time.

The visit was good, but the room was tiny so I am glad it didn’t work out there. The staff was nice.

It was pretty good. The rooms were all right, but I don't think my grandma would have liked them because likes her own space and she would have felt that the people there were too close. I liked the open space and that there were lots of different areas like gardens, which my grandma would have liked, too.

It was just around the corner from me. I went through the whole place and it was very nice. I had sat down and had a long talk to the people and the rooms were in good size.
